The service and cleanliness are extraordinary. We had a very pleasant stay and can recommend this absolutely. If you are looking for a quiet place in the mountains but with the comfort of a spacious hotel, then this is the right spot. The staff was also very helpful and service oriented. Also the breakfast was good with a broad variety of cheeses, bread, fruit and sweets.

13-16.092022: 👎🏿😩😱 Нигде в обзоре отеля не написано, и на гугл карте не указано что в нескольких метрах за отелем находится мечеть!!! В течение 3-х ночей, посреди сна... с 4:55 до 5:01 начинает проигрываться аудиозапись молитвы Молы!!! Молитва хороша и нужна, но тем, кто собирается спать вместо того, чтобы молиться в 5 часов утра, не подходите к этой гостинице-бессоннице, от головной боли не поможет ни разнообразный завтрак утром(8-10ч), ни увидеть Сумела!!! Если не верите, проверьте сами!!! Перейдем к мелким недостаткам отеля: 1) Нигде в двух комнатах нет вешалок, ни для пальто, ни для плаща, куртки и т.д. 2) Вы не можете легко повесить полотенца в ванной комнате 3) Нет ни зубной щетки, ни чашки, в которую можно положить свой… 4) Нет халата (одноразовые тапочки принесли на следующий день) 5) Спальня и балкон номера 403 смотрят прямо на рупор башни мечети. В 4:55 утра, посреди сна Чтобы помолиться, они проиграют аудиозапись моллы и выбросят тебя из постели!!!!!!!!!!! 6) У двери центрального входа в комнату есть зеркало , расчитанное толко на высоких людей (1.85см) 7) На балконе всего 1 стул и 1 стол, для остальных ничего нет... 8) Интернета нет на балконе :(📵 9) Вода не проходит через умывальник и пол в ванной - опасно - скользит 10)в душе Нет полки,чтоб положить свои собственные шампуни, бритвы.. 11) Звукоизоляция средняя..🗣 12) Нельзя замораживать в холодильнике специальные блоки для сумки-холодильника. 13) в номер залетает слишком много мух, даже на маленьком участке выхода и входа на балкон🪰 14) Учитывая три бессонных ночи, 228 долларов — это деньги, выброшенные на ветер!!!💰 ✅ Тем, кто и так просыпается в 4:55 утра: 🚗 Отель легко найти даже без карты Google, он находится на центральной трассе👍🏻 🅿️есть своя большая парковка👍🏻 🍽 Утренний завтрак строится по принципу «шведского стола» и более-менее разнообразен.👍🏻 Персонал внимательный👍🏻 везде чисто👍🏻 Я рекомендую отель только тем, кто просыпается в 4:55 утра. Я там больше никогда 👎🏿😱😩

الفندق جميل جداً ونظيف وراقي ، اثاثه جديد وله ذوق عالي جداً يضاهي فندق الخمس نجوم ، مكثت في رمادا بلازا ولم اجد فرق في النظافة والضيافة والاعتناء بالنزيل ، الشكر الجزيل ل( elif ) صاحبة الفندق ذات الابتسامة الجميلة التي تُضيف جمالاً على المكان والتي ينعكس ذوقها الراقي من خلال الالوان والاثاث والذوق الرائع ،، والشكر الحزيل ل karim و melek و كذلك محمد على بشاشتهم واخلاقهم العالية وتعاونهم الكبير مع النزلاء ، اتمنى ان ازور طرابزون مرة اخرى وبالتأكيد سيكون هذا الفندق اختياري. وارشحه وانصح به لكل المسافرين
