Old, beautiful apartment house "La Résidence". In the resort, 150 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the edge of the forest, 300 m from the lake. For shared use: indoor pool angular (10 x 5 m). Steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house, public parking 900 m. Shop 100 m, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 300 m. Tennis 600 m, slopes 800 m, ski school, ski-kindergarten 400 m, sled run, ice rink, children's playground 800 m, fishing possibilities 100 m. "Résidence 35", 3-room apartment 100 m2 on 3rd floor. Simple and beautiful furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 3 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). the building needs a general refresh, the access to the swimming pool (key) was not clearly mentioned, we do not find it. The person at the Interhome office on Saturday was not friendly

Very good location...parking space in front of the residence you can do everything on foot...nice walk with the children.

The apartment is very well located, but it would deserve some renovations, especially the shower room and the kitchen. Swimming pool not accessible during our stay.
