This historic home was built by Butte County Superior Court Judge, John Carleton Gray. Just recently restored, this large home with four suites offers a grand and comfortable stay with antique furnishings and decor reminiscent of the original home.
A five minute walk gets you downtown to enjoy a wine bar, restaurants, coffee shops and unique retail. OR walk two blocks to the Feather River and enjoy our amazing waterfront known for fishing, disc golf, summer concerts and picnics. IF you are up to it, you can walk all the way to the Oroville dam.
