Really convenient location, nice and clean area with friendly staff all over. Really good communication and easy to use the app. Chat with staff about issues or questions were efficient and easy. A job well done. O ly down side was that the washing machine was a combined dryer and there is not lines for hanging clothes for drying combined that prolonged the washing process

Beautifully clean and great facilities. Bit dated as we were in the older block but we had everything we needed/wanted. We could see Seaworld in the distance and had a partial view of the fireworks. (407) All of the staff were friendly and appeared to have security driving around in golf buggys all would wave without exception. No cleaning or linen change in the three weeks we were there. You can request it for a charge. We respected the property as it was our own and left it as we found it. Would benefit from some garbage bags and a mop, however we took some bags with us (thats me) and the lovely staff happily obliged with new ones when we ran out. Pool area was clean and again staff super friendly but drinks quite expensive. No issue using the door entry to apartment and gated community. As others have stated very near to publix, universal and Seaworld. Disney approximately $30-$35 and around 20 minutes via lyft.

Excelente local para se hospedar em família. Apartamento em ótimo estado e completo. Cozinha equipada. Máquinas de lavar e secar. Produtos de limpeza e higiene à disposição. Ambiente silencioso e muito confortável. Nos sentimos em casa e voltaríamos com certeza!

First bad review i have ever left on TripAdvisor or anywhere to be exact We were charged $150 4 days after we left they did this on the say so of a third party cleaning company. We arguing all of it only for sonder to side with the cleaning company and discard our views We was told a deep clean was needed at a charge of $150 dollars, we was provided pictures deep clean for Towels left on the bathroom floor Food left in the fridge and dished dirty in the sink. I hate to do this, because we did really enjoy staying there and we were ready to rebook for next may, this is my warning to others. We actually stayed for 11 nights no room cleaning or refresh housekeeping were offered for that length of time. on your last day Take pictures and spend the last day cleaning up the whole place as the cleaners dont want to clean up and do there job.

We had a 3 bed apartment at the Reserve at Vista Cay in the "Little Cay" side of the resort. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we could possibly want - including pool towels. The complex is in easy walking distance of a supermarket (Publix) and other local restaurants that we visited. The complex had a lovely communal pool area that was extremely clean with plenty of loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs as well as toilets. The complex is gated and includes plenty of parking and feels very safe and was quiet. You can hear road noise but it did not disturb us. This complex is very close to the theme parks - 10 min drive to Universal and 20 mins to Disney - I would highly recommend staying here.

Very clean. Well stocked - towels, soap, shampoo/ conditioner, dishwasher pods, paper towel, laundry pods. Exactly as shown in pictures. It’s true that there isn’t a lot of lounging furniture, but we weren’t there to lounge inside. New pool area now open very close (2 min walk) to building so no need to go to clubhouse. Convenient to both disney and universal - a lyft driver commented to us that it was a great location. We didn’t have a car and used lyft to get everywhere which was easy and convenient. One suggestion for improvement is there should be a code to get into the building or into the hallways for more security.

With all of the five star reviews, we were really excited and expecting a top notch stay. Sadly, it was the furthest thing from. We’ll start with the positives, the toilets and kitchen were clean. It was quiet at night. Past that, everything could have used a good scrub or replacing all together. The linens looked and felt clean but didn’t have that hotel clean smell to them. We ended up washing them ourselves with detergent we purchased at the Publix next door. Also, the washcloths were clean but smelled extremely musty. Our secondary tub and floors were dirty when we arrived which Sonders did correct. The room just made us feel ick in general. Maybe our standards are too high? One of the dining room chairs was broken to the point that it had exposed nails and the couch had pretty obvious questionable stains on it. Spend the extra and stay on property. Super disappointing.

The condo was in a great quiet community and well-situated for visiting the Orlando area theme parks. The pool was lovely, the grocery store close by, we could see the fireworks from our balcony, and the whole place felt clean and conveniently furnished. We will definitely be back!

We loved the area, the building, and the unit. However, the kitchen ware could have used an upgrade as well as more of it. We had a 3 bedroom unit with only 1 large pot and 2 frying pans that were in very poor condition and everything stuck to them.
