Parking extremely difficult during the night. There’s not enough parking in this hotel. I had to park near the gas station along with several others. Luckily my car wasn’t towed.

The lobby and front desk folks were super friendly and helpful. The room left a little to be desired with the slamming bathroom door, the toilet 4” from the bathtub but 3’ from the tp roll. Parking was very convenient and close to a lot restaurants and icon park. The tv channels weren’t great options but it is what it is with that. Ac unit was lousy and knocking all night but kept the room cold! For the price and location id stay here again for a quick one night trip.

The room was okay, nothing to rave about. We were infested with tiny spiders but they didn’t bother me. The location was perfect, walking distance to icon park and other restaurants and attractions, that’s pretty much the best part. The resort itself was nice and the food was good as well.

Lobby and pool area is nice. Cafe by the pool was good. Rooms/buildings were a little outdated. Rooms are almost soundproof. There was loud music playing outside and we didn’t hear it until we opened the door.

I booked this hotel last minute for a conference, and got nervous given some of the reviews. However, my room was impeccably clean and updated. The daily cleaning service was wonderful. Very friendly staff. The only annoying drawback was the hidden “resort fee” of $39/night, which I incurred once staying, bc I booked thru *******. This is standard for resorts in this area, but I wasn’t previously aware of that. I asked to waive it, b/c I was on my clinic’s dime, and wasn’t really using the resort gym/pool/spa, but no dice. Total price was still significantly cheaper after the fee than the hotel where my conference was hosted. Tip: the area is flooded with Lyft and Uber. You can select “wait & save” and still get picked up more quickly in most circumstances. Quick access to other resorts and to the parks.

Hotel was scheduled to close (shutdown permanently) on the exact Monday I was checking out from my room. Service was poor at best. Room was not what I requested. I requested a 2 Queen size beds room. Get into the room… 1 King size bed and bunk beds. Hotel staff was friendly, but couldn’t care less if you were having a good stay or not. They were about to loose their job so they didn’t care. At 3pm on checkout day, I was asked to leave the Hotel as they were closing… why would you book someone’s stay the same day you are going to permanently shutdown? Overall this was a mess of a stay. I couldn’t even begin to say, don’t stay here (but I’m glad no one has to go through this because the hotel closed)

Where to start. Let's discuss the big things. The bathtub was stained, the building I was staying in had the ice machine removed with no indication where I could get ice. I went to two other buildings to see the ones there were either not plugged in or had a sign saying out of order. I went to the front desk and barely got any acknowledgment. Was told to go to the bar in the middle of the complex, but they were closed. I had to walk to the gas station every night to get a new bag of ice to put in my cooler that I also had to buy just to keep things cold. Why not use the in-room fridge, I hear you ask? Well, it wasn't cold either. Trying keeping dairy products in there only for it to turn bad. So I had to keep everything in my styrofoam cooler. Speaking of not being cold, the AC unit ran 24/7 just to keep the room at a warm 75. The toilet took forever to fill, making every trip there a test of patience. With some doors, you needed a key to get in but it was about 50/50 on whether they even closed all the way or even locked when they were closed. Don't leave anything of value in the rooms. Most hotels will have that little string thing over the tub to hang your wet clothes. Not this one. No shelves in the shower to put soaps and shampoos Bar/restaurant would close at arbitrary times. Was told they'd be open until 11p but would go by there after 9p and they would be closed. Sprinklers did a great job watering the only sidewalk, making it impossible to go to neighboring restaurants and shops without getting wet. Only reason I didn't give this place one star was the location to nearby restaurants and I didn't die. I reached out to this hotel twice without a response. Only after going through corporate did I get a response. They offered me reward points. I had to pay out of pocket for things that should be included in the price of my stay. All they had to do was knock off $20 off of my bill to have me stay there again and to not leave a bad review but they couldn't be bothered to do that. I assume they know they'll sell out the rooms because it's Orlando. I could have stayed here every summer for the next four years for tournaments but nope. Avoid. It's gross and their customer service is non-existent.

This place is the funking worst. The wifi here is byfar the WORST and i mean THE WORST FUNKING INTERNET I HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF USING. I cant do a funk thing because of how shietty this internet is. I CANNOT believe this place was ALLOWED to run because this internet IS FUNKING HORRIBLE. I LAG ON EVERY GAME I PLAY, IT TAKES 30 MINUTES TO LOAD ONE TAB ON MY COMPUTER, AND MY PHONE IS AS SLOW AS THE KIDS THE THE SPECIAL ED CLASS. Do NOT come here i am warning you. This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO BOOK. LITTERALY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Thank you for your time.

For starters the maid came by once and never saw her again our garbage wasn’t emptied once the whole time we stayed here and beds were never made or changed also the rooms smell.Some of there staff is also very rude, we went down to the pool for a night swim and one of the employees comes in and very rudely tells us to leave 30 minutes early my son also informed the front desk that there is a leak in the roof and they responded by raising their voice saying “ We Know” it really isn’t hard to be nice to a kid? also their AI bartender serves expired juice and we had to ask the front desk for a new drink. If your looking stay in your hotel all vacation this is not the place👎

Terrible experience with a smelly room, no trash cans, no microwave, no fridge. Building #5 where I stayed was at the very far end of the property that I had to walk almost a mile to the front desk for assistance because the phone was not working either.

Nothing really met my expectations - smelled like smoke in the lobby, when we arrived at the front desk, the ladies were very rude and clearly did not want to be there. My colleagues were also checking in at the same time as me and the lady checking me in just kept saying “she told your colleagues, you’ll figure it out”. We were in building 10 at the back of the property by the Wawa. The outside door to building 10 did not close, so you could get in without a key card. Not very secure and I did see some homeless people around the property. Once inside, the smell hits you - moldy, musty, and the hallways are not air conditioned. I was thankful once in my room it seemed to be clean. The bathroom is tiny, to the point you have to close the door to use the restroom or take a shower, but there’s no air in the bathroom so you have to do some gymnastics to be able to breath. The air conditioner seemed to never really reach the setting I had it on (68) throughout my 5 night stay. The AC also I believe is set to not cool during the evening; I would wake up sweating every night. My colleagues said theirs was the same. Walking around the property was a bit confusing. The map they give you is helpful, keep it with you. The swimming pool smelled like natural gas all around. Overall, just a badly maintained property, but clean.
