Péssima experiência! Chegamos no hotel e o recepcionista nos atendeu mal, chegamos no quarto e ele estava sujo e bagunçado, ao invés de duas casas, tinha só uma cama e sofá. Além do mais, o hotel está em reforma, completa bagunça. Única coisa boa é a localização, não indico.

It is no longer called country suites it is called jumani inn and it is not very clean everything is broke and I would not stay there and please don’t bring your family you will be disappointed!!

The hotel is very well located, I love the fact they have kitchen in the room! Ver spacious! The breakfast is regular American breakfast, don’t expect too much.

The receptionist was very rude, she gave me attitude. The room has an awful mold smell, sofa bed smell like mold and it’s extremely dirty, everything is outdated and dirty, for the price I was expecting at least for the room to be clean.

Me hospedei em Outubro/24 o hotel estava em pleno processo de reforma. Fiquei surpreso agora que mudou o nome, acredito que de dono também. Estou com reserva para o próximo dia 05/04 e gostaria de saber como ficaram os quartos após a reforma＞ Se a cozinha continua completa com utensílios, pois um dos principais motivos da escolha desse hotel foi esse.

A very disappointing experience. While we understand the hotel is under renovation, not having enough bagels or tea bags is not acceptable. Coffee had grains floating in it, no bacon or sausage was replaced once taken by other guests. I had to ask even for extra toasts, it never happened to me before. Over all selection is poor. The reason we chose this hotel is their breakfast option. We ended up leaving hungry to eat in a Waffle House. Rooms had bad odor, bathrooms dirty and smelly. We are very easy going and always chose 3 star hotels but this was very disappointing.

Location was convenient. Front desk staff was friendly and very apologetic for the elevator being out of service. Parking great. Breakfast was good and nice that it was included with many options.

This place is a great value for the price. It's extremely close to WDW, but 1/2 the price and includes a pretty good breakfast. That might be, however, because they are currently undergoing renovations, which adds inconvenience and is a little messy. All areas not being worked look great. Biggest concerns: the parking lot needs better lighting and the side exits were sealed shut, which I'm sure isn't cool.
