The design of place is awesome. As well the service is prompt up to an extent. But service can be much more better. As well as the cleanliness of room is not that good. They could have worked on it. With amenities provided at this price point. Overall. It is good resort for family trip as well as large family function or gathering.
Pool area for s immense and clean and best.

hotel is situated on the road to ram raja temple few KMs before main city. location is quite convenient and having lot of parking space.
however may be being weekend days,room service was bit slow however staff was cooperative.
neat and clean swimming pool was attraction point for children.

We booked 7 rooms by paying 50% advance payment. As & when we reached the resort we were forced to pay 100% payment at the reception itself. We were not allowed to drop baggage even in the rooms. It was very rude behavior of the staff including manager Sharma and owner Varun Jain. Food quality average. Pool dirty. Shortage of water. Deemak in the rooms. Not advisable to visit.

Manager Anil sharma is very cheap, mean person and owner Varun very non cooperative. Cutlery and service very poor. Food variety very less. My suggestion Nobody must go there. Room service is poor. Owner is servant and servant are Owner there.

The stay was pretty old, it was very dull and dirty. Except for the 24*7 hot water availability, i didn't find any other facilities matching the hotel charges

Television not working, a/c remote not working
room was pathetic, non hygienic, poor amenities n services, restaurant services not available, ample timea we have requested to change the room, no response from resort management
