Super fijn hotel op loop afstand van het centrum van Oranjestad en in de buurt van het strand. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt is erg smakelijk. goeie service, en het personeel denkt enhousiast mee met speciale gelegenheden. Ook hebben ze meegedacht met een jubilarus verassing van mijn partner op afstand. Dit hotel is zekerweten aan te raden.

It was an amazing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive to your needs. They were very welcoming especially the security guard Auricio. I enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel. I enjoyed the balcony view and the room size! What I like most is there were no bugs or hidden spiders! I’d visit again!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful; they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The rooftop patio was wonderful and full of lounges, couches, and comfy seating. They called taxis for us. They are close to the airport and a walk away from Eagle Beach. It was a great stay! I highly recommend this city hotel.

Llegue al aeropuerto de Aruba, el oficial de inmigración me pidió la documentación el viaje, mostré la reserva del hotel. cuando llamaron EL HOTEL LE INDICO QUE NO HABIA RESERVA A MI NOMBRE (cuando dias antes llame a corroborar que la reserva este conforme y todavia a pedir informacion del desayuno, es mas el mismo recepcionista me pregunto si eran 2 camas para corroborar) y que la tarjeta que había brindado no tenia fondos, cuando tenia mas de 3000$ y contaba con mas de 1 tarjeta. Quise comunicarme en ese momento pero no me permitieron, por ende me negaron la entrada al pais, perdiendo EL COSTO DEL HOTEL Y EL COSTO DEL VUELO, tours alquilados ya en el destino y renta de auto. Escribi al hotel el mismo 26 de febrero pero hasta el momento 28 de febrero 11.21am no tengo respuesta. Segun el documento que me brindaron en inmigracion tengo para apelar la informacion y lo voy hacer. SI QUIEREN HOSPEDARSE AQUI PIENSENLO 2 VECES... he perdio cerca de $800 en vuelo y hotel

We stayed here for 5 days from the 19th January to the 24th January when we had to leave a cruise ship as my wife had broken her hip. From arriving at the Hotel to leaving the management team especially Hanan and Jose could not do enough to make our stay the best. They sorted out a wheel chair for us that arrived within the hour. What ever we needed Hanan & Jose did there best to sort for us. They are the nicest friendly people we have me in any hotel. The hotel was very clean there was always a cleaner in site and smelt fresh. The room was modern with a walk in shower. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The location was perfect 2 minutes from the centre and good restaurants close by especially peanuts were we often went. This hotel is definitaly worth a visit

Great location, close to Olivia’s resteraunt. Beds nice, room very small but very clean. Great upstairs outdoors balcony which is a wonderful spot to hang out. Simple, clean. Recommend. Shopping and several really great places to eat very close by. No pool.

Fui muito bem recebido ao chegar sem reserva apos o Palmira Hotel não cumprir com a reserva feita e me deixar sem local para ficar.Esse fica no centro,ha poucas quadras do pier e o quarto e excelente.As unicas coisas ruins e uma escada,mesmo havendo no terreo me puseram para subir e a falta de agua quente no chuveiro o que impediu a nota maxima aqui.

I stayed here for two nights. I felt so safe, so at home. The staff--especially Hannah--were so kind to me!! I am a 28 year old female from USA. I was nervous about being alone, but I promise this is a wonderful place. Very clean. Great hospitality. Very quiet at night. 10 min walk to the beach. 10 min taxi (about $20 USD) to the touristy Eagle beach. There is a gas station that has everything you need right next door and many restaurants around. The room was nice and clear. Small, but cozy and has everything you may need.
