Perfect Cabin for Fisherman and Families

This was my first father-son trip ever. We came to Patoka to fish for two days and stayed in this cabin. The cabin was even better than the pictures. For the two of us it was extremely roomy, with a very nice shower and two nice bedrooms.We were a little worried about having something to watch movies at night and a place to relax when we wanted to get out of the heat, but the cabin was well air-conditioned and comfortable.Another great part about the cabin is the location—I was only three minutes from the boat ramp. I hope we did an okay job keeping the place tidy. We plan to use this cabin many more times.Thank you again.

Great cabin for a fishing trip - close to the boat ramps, and super convenient location. We loved being so close to Patoka Lake, the state park, and everything else there is to do, as adventure truly abounds here. The area is absolutely gorgeous and remote. The cabin is very cozy to return to after a day of fishing or fun. The beds and living room furniture are super comfortable. We loved the back deck looking into the woods. Fireflies put on a show!! The kitchen and bath have everything you need. The host is really great to work with, as I got my dates messed up. Her response time was so quick and helpful. We will stay again!! Come stay and play at Patoka Lake Cabin for Fisherman and families. *if you have time, The Overlook Restaurant on the Ohio River at Leavenworth is a must do. About a 35 min drive.

Wonderful location, very nice host. We had a great time. The kids were happy even though we didnt get to take out our boat. They loved the cabin and we had a great stay.

Very clean and nice cabin, close to both the lake and french lick. Hosts were very nice and communicated really well! Enjoyed our stay!

The cabin is cozy with everything you need. Close to several boat launches. On suggestion would be to have campfire wood.

The cabin was cozy. There was plenty of things in the kitchen, extra coffee, paper towels, toiletpaper, etc.. I'm glad that I brought an extra blanket for the pull out bed in the living room. Many flies, need better fly-swatter. My socks are really dirty from the floors. I forgot to bring my slippers. Great host!

Really liked the cabin! The bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies. It’s close to good hiking areas. The hosts were responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

It was very clean and in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to get away from the city and work stress and this was a great place to do so.
