Very nice stay

I was contacted by manager while I was sitting at their pool stating they had charged my credit card 250 because someone said I was smoking on the balcony. I wasn’t allowed to know any of the details of who witnessed this. When trying to discuss with manager about this, he told me I could leave if I wanted. Even though our hallway smelled of pot smoke on multiple occasions and his employees were smoking at the front door of this place. I’m 63 years old and have never been treated like this. We decided to leave and he said he would give us credit for the 2 nights we didn’t stay, I still haven’t received this credit. I was also given a letter that I was banned for 10 YEARs from this place. Just watch your credit card, the general manager can do whatever he wants. The housekeeping staff were wonderful. The place was clean. We’ve been there several times prior but never again

The staff is super friendly. The rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. Great views looking over the beach. Free bags of ice and sno cones daily. Breakfast omelets are amazing. We spoke to several other couples who stay here every year. After our stay, we definitely will make this our destination.

Best value on the beach! Free continental breakfast with made to order omelets, free snow cones daily, free bag ice upon request, share floats at the pool for the kids!! Customer service is amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. From management to house keeping the staff was absolutely the nicest and most helpful. We were a very needy group and they were very very accommodating and extremely helpful. 100% recommended and will return!

A very nice hotel right on the beach. Breakfast served daily and cost about the same as a holiday inn. We switched to this hotel after a not bueno experience at a hotel in Gulf Shores. As a team needing like 10 rooms these guys made sure we were all accommodated.

This is our favorite hotel to stay in when we visit Orange Beach. The rooms are excellent and the staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. The pool is very nice and of course you step out the back and you're right there on the beach. Lounge chairs are available around the pool and the rear patio area. You just can't ask for much more in terms of comfort and beach enjoyment. The breakfast is exceptional with personal omelets prepared for you, along with waffles, breakfast sandwiches, etc. You won't be disappointed at this hotel. Thanks Folks!!!

The location was so convenient , walkable distance from Walmart and a lot of restaurants. The room was a tad crowded for 4of us but was clean. Private acess to the beach. There’s also a small swimming pool perfect for a little pool fun for the kids. Breakfast is good they have a live omelette bar and waffle making machines.

This is the only place I stay in Orange Beach. Rooms are always clean, pool is clean, and yummy breakfast. I always book a beachfront room but I think next time I will book inland to save a few $$. Always clean and never had an issue. The only gripe is the high cost to rent an umbrella and chair- I know this is not controlled by the hotel.
