The room was very clean and it was really convenient for the family stay because kitchen with a dishwasher was equipped in the room. The room was airconditionned which we can hardly find in Switzerland within these price range. It was really a convenient stay overall. The supermarket was located in 5minutes distance by foot. There are few points which we should be careful. Some flights flies over the hotel quite a lot everyday. Also there is no receptionnist at the reception most of the time. So if you face with any problem, you have to call the Allegra lodge hotel who manages this hotel. When we checked in , they assigned us a downgraded suite room of no refunds. We got into the room and found out the bed was quite small. It was a 140cm double bed. On their web site it was explained that our booked category room should have a 160cm-180cm bed. However , since there was no receptionnist it was really complicated to make a claim. Allegra lodge hotel had been our favorite hotel for a long time , and we were very much shocked of the fact that they have given us the cheaper category without any explanation and refund. They charged the same rice as we booked on our creditcard. We checked the photos on their web site and it was 100% was the downgraded room. next day the hotel .Then the following day , the hotel manager came to us and offered us the second room for free. Since we had trust on Allegra lodge (the owner of the welcome homes), I want to believe this trouble was occured by accident. Not on purpose. The staffs and the rooms are very nice and we never felt uncomfortable. But to be honest , this kind of ‘cheating’ can take places anywhere in Europe , especially for tourists from outside. And most of the hotels will insist they have not done anything wrong. So in that term , the welcomehomes responded to the problem sincerely. I will stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

Very spacious and comfortable service apartments with very good facilities and amenities. Very close to the airport and bus/train stations. WiFi is quite fasy with good connectivity. Apartment has all basic kitchen amenities and is cleaned very well on a weekly basis. Overall, very happy with the stay!

Great experience. Spacious. Easy access. Clean and comfortable. Had a wonderful experience in Zurich. Customer service by phone was very helpful if we had a question. Loved the free morning coffee. Bedding super comfortable. Plenty of closet space.

nice apartment close to my working place (Zurich airport)... the kitchen is very good and especially the fact that's separated from bedroom. also the bed is very comfortable. the only things that could be improved for me are: bathroom with tub instead of walkin shower and internet speed that was not the best in the room I've been. anyway it was my third stay and not the last!

Very well equipped, Comfortable bed, friendly staff, well located. Only problem I had was with the combi (Microwave oven grill) oven that intermittently went into an error mode. They do an apero on Thursdays downstairs to get to meet others in the building which I think is very progressive. I would recommend the place, and the management.

In general, very happy with my stay. Price and location, unbeatable. Pretty spacious and pretty rooms. To take into account, the cleaning that is more frequent in short-term stays and the ventilation of the site. However, I would repeat without a doubt.

The hotel apartment is very clean like literally, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are excellent over all I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a good value for money hotel apartment that comes with all the good facilities it and services it offers.

I returned to this hotel after a few years of absence, everything looks still new, tidy and clean. I had a spacious apartment, nicely furnished and well equipped, I found everything needed to make it a perfect stay. Private parking and two washing/drying rooms are much-appreciated additions. The staff is very friendly and professional.

This was the first time staying at this Welcome Home. I was on a business trip held at Zurich Airport. The proximity to the airport was just 4 stops away. The check in was easy and collection of the key card was seamless. The room was spacious, clean, well equipped from towels to fridge, dishwasher, televisions, washing up materials, endless coffee, comfy lounge seating, tables and chairs with a separate comfortable bedroom and ensuite with bath/ shower. Simply decorated, clean and fresh and the cleaning was first class. I would recommend this location to my work colleagues and anybody with business in the area. Plenty of Migros/ Coop grocery stores as well as fast food outlets and restaurants near by.

We felt like being at home! Welcome homes is exactly as its name states getting the feeling of being at home. We had excelent service both from Manuela & Maria and felt them as being our family! We stayed for over a month and we realy missed Welcome homes when we left. We had all we needed during our stay. We will definetely suggest Welcome homes to everyone and should we need to stay somewhere should we move from one apartment to another, we will definetely stay at Welcome homes! We miss you and we would like to thank you for the great hospitality!!

We had a very good time. Everything was okay. very convenient parking area. The only negative note is the size of the bed was too small so my wife and I had to sleep separately, one in the room and one on the sofa bed.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Flughafennähe. Alle acht bis zehn Minuten verkehren Busse dorthin. Für selbstkochende Gäste befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt, Tip top!
