The worst hotel we have ever stayed in! In Istra Plava Laguna (Zelena laguna 12, 52440, Poreč, Croatia). This vacation day was completely ruined due to the disgusting rudeness and indecency of the security guard in the restaurant hall, who is standing at the entrance. Instead of helping and supporting the guests, this employee was unacceptably aggressive and unprofessional. Moreover, after contacting the administrator, he grinned and did not even try to apologize normally. This approach to work is absolutely unacceptable, especially in the hotel industry. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel! Rude people have no place in working with people, especially in such position!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel e devo dire che ci sono diversi aspetti da migliorare/tenere in considerazione per il soggiorno: - bagno della camera: dire che è piccolo è quasi una battuta. Non c’è spazio per girarsi e, le piastrelle scure e la scarsa illuminazione rendono il tutto più claustrofobico. - teli mare: nelle camere senza balcone non c’è spazio (se non un misero parapetto) per stenderli post giornata al mare. Possibile che non abbiano pensato (e messo) degli stendini retrattili?? - letto: basso, materasso duro (che per me è ok ma non certo per tutti) e cuscini informi che pare di dormire con una felpa arrotolata sotto la testa - cucina: l’esperienza colazione/cena riporta alla memoria la mensa scolastica dove, oltre alla calca (spazio in effetti un po’ piccolo per ospitare tutti), si unisce cibo mediocre (diverse scelte ma sempre di scarsa qualità) nonché i camerieri (alcuni molto carini e gentili) che girano per i tavoli con dei carrelli che sono più un pericolo che altro. Ma fare come in tutti gli hotel ovvero mettere il cestino a centro tavola per le cartacce e passare a rifare il tavolo una volta finito? Inoltre il personale della cucina, oltre ad aver poco cura del cibo (versato nei vasconi) non mi ha saputo nemmeno rispondere ad una domanda su di una salsa (se fossi stato allergico?? Mah) - piscina: carina (anche se dalle foto pare il doppio della realtà) e un po’ affollata se non nel tardo pomeriggio - pulizia camere: sommaria e poco curata (svuotato cestino al secondo giorno) e passata aspira polvere il terzo. Probabilmente sottostaffato il team Unica nota positiva è la posizione del complesso (8 hotel, credo questo sia il più “basic” + 2 campeggi enormi) davvero grande e ben tenuto/pulito e la sua vicinanza al mare (diverse opzioni da piccole spiaggette o terrazzamenti o prato). Insomma se dovessero chiedermi se ci ritornerei: grazie ma NO grazie

We are from Hungary. It’s been a great holiday! The staff were kind, the food was better than I expected and we had a great time there. We were on a 7 day holiday as a family. Unfortunately the escalator didn’t work, so we had to use the stairs with our so many package. The best part was the shows at night. Because in that bay all of the hotels is one company, they organised show like: kid show, rock concert and sport competition, and they were very very great. That was my favorite activity.

We are here for the dance competition and we thought that this would be a time for the hotel to give good service as repeat business makes sense. Hotel rooms are basic and the daily cleaning is so basic your lucky if they take the time to clean the floor. Day 7 bedding was changed and lucky you get your old towels daily changed. Food is terrible and tasteless mass production and lack of variety. Plain pasta was the best item we ate. Vegies were bitter and old. Sad that the hotel doesn't try as they are only a basic 3 star.
