It was good stay. staff hospitality was excellent. Breakfast was tasty. location of property is near to city centre.

The location is excellent. Suggest that they construct proper pathway around the garden to enable convenient walk for the guests. The breakfast spread is wonderful. Staff is courteous and helpful. Bar needs to stock more options. Food was generally good. The Chinese food we ordered was lousy. Our family stayed for 4 days. and we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointing Stay Despite the Brand Name I recently stayed at this hotel, drawn in by its strong reputation and brand name. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The room was extremely small, with no balcony or view, which made it feel cramped and uninspiring. Being located in the heart of the city, the hotel lacked the charm of a true holiday destination—it felt more like an urban stay than a getaway. The food quality was below average and did not live up to the standards typically associated with this chain's other hotels. No bonfire no activities, This was particularly disappointing given the high price point of the stay. That being said, the hospitality and service were good, The staff was attentive, accommodating, and genuinely friendly, which was the one positive highlight of my stay. Overall, I found the experience to be overpriced for what was offered. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday destination, this might not be the best choice.

The property is located centrally. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was alright - not a big spread. We enjoyed the home made cookies. Service was excellent.
