Not nice location . Roads are very bad . Very poor hotel . Beddings were poor . Absolutely bad food .

The stay was good with the scenic views all around and the food was tasty. Staff were cordial. One mr. Amit raghav in the restaurant was very helpful. And one in the lobby mrs. Prem was also very helpful and cordial. View of the city from room was really praise worthy. Housekeeping team was very responsive. One thing that i didn’t expect about this hotel was : there was no live counter in the restaurant to make fresh dosas and omelet etc. That was shocker for me as a hotel in south india doesn’t offer dosas in live counter for breakfast.

Location is great. Good valley view. Helpful staff. Good food. Room is spacious. What needs improvement is service sla. We waited 40min for dinner.

The location of the hotel is great. You get a great view of the hill station. The reception and housekeeping people are very supportive. The rooms are clean. But there is no tap in bathroom, it only has shower! the buckets provided were not clean the food is not that great. The menu is limited and the rules are ridiculous. The restaurant staff is bit rude and adamant. Apart from that, overall it was a good stay

Poor service, untidy room. Can be clean and service is required. Route suggested by google is wrong. Do call hotel for better navigation

We had booked Nilgiris suit..the most expensive room of the hotel...it was our daughters b'day and we wanted to decorate the balcony and cut the cake over there..but the experience was really bad...the forest view is as good as nothing in evening..better go for a less expensive garden view..also all the kitchen chimneys are facing towards this suit room ...which gives a very foul smell..as soon as you open the balcony the bad smell enters the room. Resturant service is very slow. staff is co operative and view is marvellous

The location is good. But, as of late a new tourist shoot has been made on the way to location it takes atleast 1 or 2 hours to cover the place from 500 metres onwards. Hence, we must think twice before booking at sinclair. Moreover the amenities are barely minimum.

The hotel location is really very good. It's close to chocolate factory. Breakfast was also good. For dinner, they offer a buffet option, which is costly. Option is available for going for ala carte but that is also priced on higher side. Since the hotel is located far from the city there is no other option but to go for a buffet.

1. Pick up service from railway station wasn't upto the mark as there was no coordination between the hotel and driver and as a result of which driver wasn't aware the exact dropping location. 2. During check out, the receptionist had no clue about the advance charges paid for pick and drop and he was about to charge me double had i not noticed. 3. Also the receptionist had no idea that dinner charges were included in my package, and he charged the dinner amount which was not supposed to be charged. 4. Additionally room wasn't ready even after check in. The room was prepared after we entered.

Stay was good and location was really nice. But rooms were very small and entire corridor was having pungent smell. Staffs were very courteous.

The washroom was very small, no proper ventilation, so was stinky. The complementary dinner had only few dishes.

road to reach the hotel is terrible, hotel has very mouldy walls, paint is peeling off, nothing in the pics matches the actual scene. none of the plug points work as they are very old and worn out, asked about those…hotel staff response is very rude…specially housekeeping…they don’t even provide hair dryers and extra towels. rooms are very cold and stinks….dont go at all

The hotel view was very good and gives a elegant look but few things I must mention here. 1. This hotel don't have any Bengali food option in their menu though the receptionist Sumit Mullick claimed that when I called him and confirmed multiple times after that. 2. Hotel staffs are little arrogant. 3. The towels and bed sheets were not properly cleaned though they charge a lot for that. 4.Food options are very limited. 5. Not value for money. There are lots of hotel who provide better facilities in less amount. 6. Rooms are little smaller that what we expected. 7. There were no one to take care kids in the play area when we visited.
