rooms are wellmaintained neat and clean, staff is pro-active and service is excellent and location is excellent, recommend every one।
only drawback is missing of inhouse restaurant

The room is okay for room heater during night they charged rs. 500- per night it is not acceptable where as the price of the room heater if possible please check with hotel and for arrange for refund

Absolutely amazing! it's for sure the next time we visit ooty, we'll be residing here again. The staff is very helpful. All the basic amenities are available. Cleanliness is top-notch. The royal family suite is comfortable and spacious for a family of 4.
