The resort looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures. The view from the room was of the drains and the main road as against in the pictures where there were beautiful hills. The information for the room on the booking also stated having garden views from all rooms. The room was also missing a basic lock on the main door. Basic cleanliness levels were not maintained in this resort and there was no intercom in the room to connect to the reception or to the housekeeping. The room was too costly for it's price and i would not recommend this to anyone.

But completely disappointed with the room provided to us after reaching there. We were allotted a cottage room with glass walls and the door was made of steel was very annoying. It could not keep us warm. That evening it rained and when were we step out of the room there was water. We had invested a lot of amount but didn’t like the service. Everything was delayed. No tissues paper in wash room. They had only Chinese opinions for dinner on the first day. I wish they could have provided the rooms. I would have not selected this place. We were cheated and i shifted to another hotel on the second day. Mm t i wish you could help your consumers when such a unpleasant incident happens.

We booked deluxe room but got free upgradation of heritage room. It is simply awesome setup. We got a complimentary breakfast which was awesome south indian style loved it

It's a very average property. 1) average clinliness. 2) poor serive. 3) minimal options in restaurant. 4) poor quality food. 5) no room service. 6) stay only if you are going out during the day, and just want a hotel at night for sleeping (n nothing more )

Pros-location and breakfast. Cons-all other. Over priced. Not value for money. If you are paying more than inr rs. 45 usd (4000 inr, don’t go for it. Not enough toiletries were available. Unprofessional staff. No wifi. Front desk was always empty. No phone in the room to contact. Try to avoid.
