- The bed and bed covers were dirty, with visible stains, clearly unwashed from previous use.
- The room was not sanitized before check-in, which is unacceptable, especially post-pandemic.
2. **Missing Amenities (False Promises)**:
- The listed amenities for the **Luxury Room** were not provided.
- The geyser/water heater was **only available for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening**, making it extremely inconvenient.
3. **Poor Service Recovery**:
- While the staff changed the room upon complaint, the basic issue of hygiene was not resolved.
