Beautiful custom home directly on the sandy shores of Lake Superior in Ontonagon, MI. Only 3 miles from the downtown area and a short 13 mile drive to the base of the Porcupine Mountains where you can take part in endless hiking and waterfall exploring. Three bedrooms the master has a king size bed, two upstairs bedrooms one with twin size bunks and a queen size bed the other with full size bunk beds and a queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, fire pit and patio furniture included. Lake superior beach access just steps from the front deck. Large roundabout driveway and access to a two car attached garage. Laundry onsite. Clean, comfortable, amazing views, and everything you could ask for in your UP stay. Very conveniently located close to Porcupines for hiking.Kitchen well appointed with everything you need to cook, grocery store close in town for supplies. Everything was clean, beds and bedding very comfortable. Enough hangers in the closet and towels in the bathroom. Although we stayed with just 4 of us, home sleeps 10 very comfortably. Host is an outstanding communicator.Although this beautiful home has everything - things to bring to make your stay even better? Beach towels and extra beach chairs (to sit lakeside or fireside), bug spray, trekking poles for all the great nearby hiking, flashlight. As with all VRBOs, paper goods (toweling/tp/kleenex), laundry soap etc. Don’t pass this one up.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was comfortable, clean, and communication was seamless. The location was also great. Beautiful view of the lake and easy drive to beautiful hikes. Thank you for being such a great host!

We had a great time eating and drinking by the fire. Hiking the porkies during the day, and took a day trip to Houghton. The house was a welcome sight every time we came back to it. The view and the house were great, very spacious, we had 8 of us in the kitchen a lot and didn’t seem crowded. Jason was responsive and we appreciated the stay. Would stay here again

Fabulous rental
This rental was Amazing! Tasteful decor, super clean, easy to find, private. The big lake as our scenery was the highlight. We had miles of sandy beach to explore. All that and pet friendly to top it off. We will be back to the Lake House again!

Lovely house Awesome view WOW
The house was more than you could ask for. Jason always responded promptly. The view was amazing.
Too bad the area does not recycle.
It will be very hard to find a better place.
