"Capsule hotel in central Onomichi. Very new, clean, and spacious. Just above bike rental and next to train station. Capsules do not close, there is just a blind you pull down which means some light can get through. BUT the biggest problem we had was the complete lack of air conditioning in the pods, there is a fan button but it does nothing. By 2/3am it was so boiling hot I couldn’t sleep. For a brand new hotel I expect better!! Communication with main desk was sometimes difficult. Showers and toilets were nice at least. Free tea/ coffee. Also… tbankfully this didn’t affect us but if you have a multi- day booking you have to leave the pods/showes/ toilets from 10am-3pm every day!!"

"Although it was only a one-night stay without meals included, the staff provided excellent service, the room was clean, and I was able to relax completely. The honey tea was delicious, and the coffee provided in the room was also excellent. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy it while taking in the view."

"A lovely clean hotel , but due to it being directly at the train station, could hear constant noise from the trains all night. And yes they do run all night. It was a shame as it was a nice clean hotel but the sleep deprivation spoilt it for us"

The coffee on the first floor of the hotel is delicious and the breakfast is delicious! The staff explained very clearly. I would like to come again next time."

"The servicev of this hotel is unspeakable. I was there with a friend for the Shimanami Kaido, but Got a nerve trapped and had to rest. I booked a single Room for a night but later decided I needed 2 nights for recovery. I had to change Room from a double to a single Room - and the reception made it clear to me that I had booked for 3 nights 1 + 2 nights - not alterer the original booking from 1 to 2 nights. I made it clear i Only needed 2 nights as my friend returned. The hotel Said itcwould be ok - but when I looked at my bank account 3 nights were charged. When I mentioned that to the reception they Said they did not do a refund - but I would rater have used my Room for a pieceful night of sleep and so would my friend than being ripped of by a greedy hotel."

"Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at. It is almost looks like a spaceship. Everything is incredibly modern and clean, from the capsule beds to the toilets and showers. They have a washing machine (300¥) and a dryer (100¥). Coffee, water and Macha tea are free. They give towels and a bathrobe to use for free. As well as many other toilet products (including a razor!). If you're going to Onomichi to rent a bike, then the location can't be better. It's literally in the same building as the bike rental shop and 3 minutes away from Onomichi station on foot. Deserves a 10/10 rating."

"The room is bigger than expected, the high roof is beautiful, the hotel design and color scheme is very good, it is the toilet sink and kitchen sink is the same, overlapping positions get not too good to use, dim lighting. Everything else was good, excellent location, right upstairs from JR and bus station, very convenient, staff were very helpful.
