Onguma Bush Camp

We really enjoyed staying at Onguma and would like to return and experience other accommodation, as there were many places you could stay on the site. The Bush Camp had a fabulous restaurant, overlooking a waterhole, so we enjoyed views of antelope, many giraffe and a jackal. Staff were welcoming and friendly. This lodge is located beside an entrance to Etosha- you drive along the boundary going in and out. Onguma has it's own wildlife, including big cats and we saw plenty of Kudu, Impala, Springbok and giraffe, as well as a lioness one evening. We look forward to returning one day!

Un grand merci pour l’accueil, son professionnalisme et la gaité d’Adriano ! Le lieu et magique, le personnel au petit soin et les chambres d’un grand confort. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse nuit et regrettons de devoir partir aussi rapidement. Bonne continuation à toute l’équipe.

This is the most beautiful place we stayed throughout our time in Namibia. The restaurant and lounging area overlook the waterhole where animals come right in. Beautiful decor, tastfully designed, stunning gardens and pool area, very clean. Food was lovely, staff were lovely. Wish we could have stayed here for longer! Sundowner gamedrive was beautiful. This place really is Paradise! Loved it here!

We enjoyed a stunning experience, enjoyed great attention from the personnel involved in each service, since the lodge upgrade at the arrival. Great pleasure at the restaurant, maximum view scenario for the wildlife animals, both in front the resort and in the park! Great base location also for visit to Etosha Park. We recommend staying at least a couple nights.

Lodge dont l'entrée se trouve juste après la von Lindequist gate du parc Etosha. Ensuite, il faut rouler une petite dizaine de kilomètres sur une piste facile. Accueil professionnel et avec une boisson ainsi qu'une lingette fraîche. Joli bungalow rond avec un toit pointu en chaume.  Piscine très agréable, extérieur arborisé magnifique et point d'eau où une girafe nous "attendait" à notre arrivée. Par la suite, nous avons aussi vu des impalas à face noire, des zèbres, etc.  Coins lounge et salle à manger ouverts donnant directement sur le point d'eau. Personnel très sympathique. Très bon repas du soir et quand nous sommes retournés à notre chambre, la moustiquaire était installée et nous avions un petit cadeau sur le lit. Excellent petit-déjeuner joliment présenté dans des bocaux pour les fruits, yogourts, céréales, etc. Des plats chauds sont proposés à la carte. En conclusion, un magnifique endroit où nous retournerons volontiers. Nous avons regretté d'y passer une seule nuit.
