The cutest place to stay. Close to Cooperstown fields and next to a delightful restaurant. Old charm elegantly updated. There is so much more space than what the pictures show. Would definitely recommend

Cooperstown visit Nice old farm house with some modern updates.... wood work and original hardware on doors was amazing. Nice diner right next to property....close to allstar village. Highly recommend for your cooperstown stay!

Blue Farmhouse Property is clean, well maintained. Doors were hard to open and close. Biggest complaint, not enough mirrors in a house that has 2 1.2 bathrooms. Need mirrors in lots more places for people to get ready.

Weekend trip for Oneonta swim meet Weekend trip to watch Oneonta swim meet and celebrate our sons birthday. The whole family came so we needed to sleep 6. House was very comfortable and clean. Better than getting 3 hotel rooms!

Cool to be on Main Property was a nice balance of old and new styles. Lovely and quaint with wood floors classic wood doors and trim. Has an updated kitchen and modern appliances. Lots of room on the inside which is deceiving from the outside. A five minute drive from anything you could want or need. Michelle and Al were the perfect hosts.

Loved the Urban Farmhouse We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was ideal, providing easy access to everything we needed. The property was a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm. The space was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed to make our stay comfortable. The check-in process was seamless. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Needs some work Overall the house was just fine but there was some issues. The main floor has multiple nail pops on the floor that cut out feet. Wear slippers or flip flops. There also was a dead mouse on a glue trap in basement. I get these things can happen but still could use some attention. The TVs are incredibly difficult to work unless you have app subscriptions as we couldn’t find a cable feed.
