"1. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable with electrical blanket to keep you warm; 2. There is hairdryer, fridge, and electrical kettle, basic facilities enough to stay for 1 night; 3. The staff is very supportive even I arrived after 8pm at night, she is still there to help me check in; 4. My room is on the road side, a bit noisy from the traffic in the early morning."

"We checked into the hotel for one night. We wanted to wash our clothes and the service laundry area has signs indicating that we should be approaching the receptionist for laundry power and coins. However when we did, we were met with cold indifference and almost agitation at being disturbed which was so uncalled. When called to request for more towels, we were told to come collect it ourselves at the reception (which is fine I guess) but I assumed a hotel would come with better service. The bathroom’s main light was busted. The room light was buzzing like it would blow at any moment. The tv would increase and decrease volume on its own. Overall, despite the area being prime, the service was so subpar I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Clean, enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly. The check in process was "trusting", meaning the the door was unlocked with the door key already placed inside. The wall was a bit thin, insulation wise but manageable with earplugs."
