The hotel seemed to be well managed, clean and quiet. We stayed in a King Suite that was very large and had a huge bathroom. The bathroom had a large shower and also a separate jetted tub which was quite relaxing. We had the pool to ourselves on a Sunday early evening, it was a heated pool. No hot tub. The area where the hot tub was previously has been filled in and covered with the same tile as the remainder of the pool area. The breakfast area was kept clean and had the normal variety of breakfast items...some hot choices such as scrambled eggs ,sausage patties and links, make your waffles, etc. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a place in Omaha. It is on the far West of Omaha, but very easy to get to any location in the metropolitan area from this hotel.

We stated at this hotel for 2 nights in October. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed this location. The hotel is very cosmetically appealing and the customer service was top notch. I visited with the Manager to tell him how delighted we were with our stay and he was happy to visit and told me how proud he was of his staff and hotel. Lilly the first floor housekeeper was quick to assist and our room was extremely clean. Charles the night shift front desk clerk was also amazing and super customer service oriented. This hotel was located 30 minutes away from the family we were visiting ~ but I would happily pick this hotel again due to our quality of stay!

We were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our rooms were available as promised. Rooms were super clean and very spacious, loved the large bathroom area. The continental breakfast was hot and offered a wide variety of breakfast foods. The pool area was small and we missed not having a hot tub. Will definitely return for a visit!

I booked this hotel in error, thinking it was another, west Omaha Location. When I arrived where I thought I should be I learned the error. So I tried to cancel and was not allowed because it was after the allowed cancellation time. By about 3 hours, and the desk agent couldn't authorize, but said to call the 800 number. So I did. In the mean time booked a room where I was, because i needed that location as I had a follow-on reservation and didnt want to move. Both places are Comfort suites both in west Omaha. The 800 Nr rep contacted the hotel and was given the same story, and said he couldn’t override it. He then created a case number and told me to call back in the morning with that number and they would contact the manager. I did that and the manager of this hotel opted not to refund my stay. I am a Platinum member of Choice hotels, and expect a little better resolution than this. Service keeps customers! I’ll reconsider staying again with Choice.

We had a great stay! Location seemed new and rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk crew worked overtime to help us out throughout our stay and were great to work with. Breakfast was also a great bonus! I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to when we can come back in the future. I am not sure where some of the previous negative reviews are from. I think this is a great hotel.

We spent one night at the Comfort Suites and it was a great stay. The hotel was very clean, the King Suite room was very spacious, and it was very quiet! Great location conveniently located for us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
