Balkaya Hotel arvostelua

Arrived at the hotel with a very warm welcome, room was ready and waiting for us. The room was really spacious, very clean and great for my family. The food was really good, breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff were amazing with everything, very helpful. We all really enjoyed our holiday and staying at Balkaya hotel. Big shout out to Ozzie the bar man best in turkey !!! Will definitely be returning.

Biz aile olarak bir hafta kaldık. Daha önce kötü yorumları okuyup biraz endişe etmiştim açıkçası. Ama kapıdan içeri girer girmez sizi güler yüzüyle karşılayan Dilek hanımla karşılaşıncaya denk. Aile ortamı arayan huzurlu sakin ilgili bir işletme tercih edenler pişman olmaz. Tercih de bulunun misafirler 5 yıldızlı otel gibi düşünürse hata eder. Burası böyle kötü bir ekonomi de tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Yemekleri ***et güzel ve çeşit yeterli.Konum olarak tüm koylara yakın ulaşım da hiç sıkıntı olmuyor. İsterseniz otelin havuzunda vakit geçirebilir yada gün içinde deniz keyfi yapabilirsiniz Dilek hanım başta olmak üzere tüm Balkaya çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ediyorum. Muğla da tek rotam mutlaka burası Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

Otele kötü yorum yazanları anlayamadım. Otelde son günümüz. 2 aile konaklıyoruz. Bu kadar uygun fiyata bu kadar temiz odalar ve mükemmel yemekler gerçekten muhteşem. Bizimle ilgilenen Dilek hanım da gerçekten çok kibar nazik bir hanım efendi. Odalar ufak gerçekten ama temiz ve herşey çalışıyor. Kliması lavabosu banyosu temiz. Yemeklerde çeşit az doğru. Ama efsane lezzetli ve kaliteli. Evde yapılanları aratmadı. Havuzu ***et temiz. Biz ölüdeniz ve tekne turu için Fethiye yi tercih ettik. Denizizak 4/5 km ama mükemmel. Tekne turu içinde kelebekler vadisi turu muhteşemdi. Tamamına Dilek hanım yönlendirdi. Çok teşekkür ediyorum. Fiyat performans olarak mükemmel. 5 yıldızlı otelle kıyaslayanlara aldanmayın.

Hotel staff are very welcoming, couldn't be nicer...even when things aren't great. There was an open buffet, flies everywhere, people using fingers resulting in an array of room noises of people being sick. Rooms are dated. Shower flooded the place and was good for a cool down and had to be held up to use. No hot water. Rooms were cleaned maybe twice. Air-conditioning was broken. Not much dinner choice for typically fussy children. Few selections of drinks, coffee machine often not working properly or ran out. Cups just rinsed under water before being put back out to be used...maybe part of the reason for sickness being heard and the uncovered food for the 2hours at each meal time. We were assisted for one reason on our stay, however won't be returning given the conclusion of the actual illness on return to the UK and a hospital stay. Won't be returning based on that. Hotel needs to be modernised as well. Sheets weren't even big enough for the beds.

Arrived at 5am after emailing the hotel the previous day to confirm the time of arrival. It was Eid and the hotel had double booked us. All was sorted and we received our room at 10am We had booked for 6 nights, but on the 5th day my husband. Became very unwell and was bedbound with Diarrhoea, vomiting and fever. Something wasn't right, another holiday maker had her 3 children sick, it soon became apparent that the majority of the staff were also unable to work as they too were sick. We were due to check out the following day, but as my husband was too sick to move hotels as planned, the hotel owner said we could stay on as we had actually paid for that extra night. The day after my husband was so sick we had to attend the hospital to receive urgent treatment I'd looked forward to this trip, we'd previously visited Balkaya and thoroughly enjoyed it,this time the whole holiday was ruined and left a very bad impression

Right really don’t no where to start with this.. so we have just returned from 5 days there and belive me it was the longest of my life.. I’ll start with the good and it’s the only good thing. The manger very helpful and polite.. however the hotel is a dive how people can say it’s clean ect they must live in s**t.. if you can even call it all inclusive that’s a joke in its self the food options where rubbish even when food came out fresh(chips) they were stone cold.. the food is just left laying on the side in reception area.. and for drinks I’m sick of Pepsi now.. we didn’t even manage 1 meal there and went out all day every day for food… so if your use to an all inclusive with selection ect don’t go here.. The rooms are dated and you have to pay an extra £45 a week for air con.. bathroom crap as soon as shower turns on you might as well go swimming.. if you want a holiday where you want to sit by a pool all day and read a book and not want to eat and drink then this is the place for you…. Don’t be fooled by the other reviews on here as there rubbish this really is the worst place I’ve ever been Also the pictures make it look 100 times better than it is and after looking at the 300 plus pictures on here it’s nothing like it shows Please please please save your money and do a bit more research and don’t get disappointed like we have Thanks for taking time to read an honest review

Just returned from a wonderful relaxing two week holiday at The Balkaya. Management and staff were all lovely and very friendly, nothing was too much for them. We were all inclusive, with all meals freshly prepared catering for both English and Turkish guests. Drinks included up to 10pm. Rooms were clean and comfortable with spotless bedding and towels. The pool is huge with plenty of very comfortable sunbeds and the area is kept very clean. We will be returning next year. Fab hotel, well recommended. See you all next year! x

Myself and my best friend Paula went to stay at this wonderful family ran hotel. We've never felt so welcome, special and relaxed on holiday like we did with these wonderful people. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were amazingly comfy. The food was to die for ,everything fresh with so much choice. We were close to fetiya, Hisaronu and Olodeniz it was amazing. Myself and my husband are going back at the end of August and I can't wait xx

Balkaya hotel Turkey we arrived at 4.30 am, nobody was in the reception to welcome us the lad was asleep in the garden ! We found out after standing around like lemons for 25 minutes , there was no wardrobe in the room it was more like a bookcase with a rail ,my dress hung on the bathroom door,the shower was broken when it did work the water was always cold ,and it flooded the bathroom , no fridge in the room there were bedside lamps with no bulbs in we had to keep asking for clean towels which were s must as we were using them to mop up the bathroom floor Breakfast No toaster, eggs cooked and put in a cold tray Luke warm beans there was continental breakfast if you wanted it , lunch and evening meals ok but nothing special but cold, plus several cats were allowed in all areas and were on the food tables This hotel is geared up for Turkish people if you are British think before you book In a positive note the staff were very nice

We’ve been visiting here for years and are always made to feel like family. This year we travelled out with my parents (their first visit to Turkey) and our new baby. Everyone loved it. The hotel has undergone an extensive makeover and it looks wonderful. The food is great, and the drinks are fab. Staff are always friendly and helpful, even if they don’t speak the language they make such an effort. Everyone was so good with our 11 month old too, giving him plenty of attention which he loved. If you want a hotel that’s family oriented this is the one to go for. It’s small, nice and quiet but still close enough to Hisaronu, Fethiye and Oludeniz that makes getting around really easy. Thanks so much everyone, we will see you next year!

Had a lovely 3 night stay at the Balkaya Hotel. The hotel husband and wife were very lovely helpful people. The staff were also very helpful polite and very friendly The hotel is very very clean. Fabulous view of the cable carts and mountain. Breakfast was very nice, not a massive selection but very lovely and preselected very good. Swimming pool was incredibly clean and never over crowded, lots of seats available Walking distance to shops Overall I would definitely recommend And world definitely return.

Balkaya hotel ailesine öncelik ile teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum biz mecburiyetten geldik sezonun en kalabalık dönemi ve otel de baya yoğunluk varken bile bizlerle baya ilgili davrandılar sıcak ve güller yüzlerini bizden mahrum etmediler yemekleri de çok güzeldi beklentimizin çok çok üzerinde çıktı odada bir arsa eksik bir şey olduğunda bildirdikten sonra hemen ilgilendiler tavsiye ederim bu kadar uygun fiyata bu kadar güzel bir otel ve hizmet aldığımıza bizde şaşırdık tekrardan balkaya ailesine çok çok teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum…

Yemekleri Müthişşş, çalışanları yardımsever güler yüzlü insanlar, özellikle barda ki Eren çok tatlı bir çocuk. Hiç şüphe etmeden gidebileceğiniz Tem adres. Biz eşim ile balayi tatili için gitmiştik. Çok beğendik.
