Just returned from a brilliant holiday at the Tolay food was excellent service was excellent close to main strip family run hotel on arrival tolga the manager ordered a takeaway for us as we were hungry will definitely stay again Thank you Tolay for making our holiday a memorable one

Stopped here this week Sunday to Sunday. The hotel was great for what you paid. The main highlights are how the staff go above and beyond for you. Also the hotel is situated just off the main area of hisaronu which is good for a goodnights sleep. The breakfast option was ideal for us as me and my dad are massive olive eaters and cheese lovers. However, if you wanted a full English this could be catered for as well as snacks until midnight. Really enjoyed my stay and hope to be back in the near future.

We arranged a room for the day of departure from our villa with the owner Tolga , £30 for a room with towels and use of the pool (8 of us used the room for showering ) We ate a tasty and simple lunch and it made the journey home much more enjoyable for us.

This hotel is definitely on of my favourite hotels that i have been to. Tolga and his family make you feel welcome and part of their family, nothing is too much trouble for them. If you need a taxi Tolga will help you or press the yellow button near the entrance, If you need specific dietary requirements let them know and they will do their very best to accommodate you. We were luck enough to be put in one of the family rooms. These rooms are light and airy and extremely spacious, yes its a pain not having a lift but that would be a little luxury. There is a cake man that comes round regularly with the most delicious cakes. The hotel is close enough to walk up to the strip or you can rent a mobility scooter from Tolga, but it is far enough away that you don't hear all the music. There is so many restaurants that you could eat some where different every day for 2 weeks and still not have tried them all. Hopefully we will be going again this year in October

Stayed a bit more than a week and didn't get a single night of rest. The toilet was leaking which led to at least 20 mosquitoes entering through a window which wasn't closable and had no fly-net. We got eaten alive and had to stay up til 5 am almost every night hunting down every last mosquito, just so we could get some rest on our already uncomfortable beds. We had no towels for the first couple of days and no toiletries or soaps were provided at any point. We got invaded by ants which entered through the filthy air conditioner and we woke up many mornings with multiple ants crawling on us, and when we reported this we got told it was our fault for taking food to our room, despite us not taking anything which wasn't already in a sealed plastic bag. Our suitcases and clothes got infested with ants, we got eaten alive by mosquitoes, had to wear slippers in the bathroom because the floor was always wet and we couldn't get a proper night's rest for our entire stay. The fridge was broken and never worked, I never saw the pool get cleaned once, the toilet was near unusable and stained, the walls were dirty and the drawers looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 35 years. The best thing was the pool table which provided quite a few hours of fun. The staff were friendly and the property is within walking distance to shops. 1/5 just because of the pool table. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants an actual holiday and some rest.
