Konaklamamız dokuz saatlik yolculuğun ardından kavga ile başladı eşimle birlikte gittik odaya çıktığımızda iki ayrı tek kişilik yatak olduğunu gördük.
Recepsiyona durumu söyledik fakat ciddiye alınmadık kavga gürültü ile ertesi gün farklı bir odaya geçtik(çift kişilik yataklı).
Otel genel olarak pis ve bakımsız
Kahvaltı standart seviyede ve hemen hemen her gün sabit şeyler çıkıyor
Gündüz havuz başında şenzlong bulma şansınız yok turistler herhalde sabah ezanı ile havlularini atıp kendilerine ayırıyorlar

I am giving five stars in my reivew as the staff at this hotel are excellent, especially Hasan, the reception manager. We put in special requests prior to travelling and were given rooms that filled our request however, due to the fact that I have a sleeping issue, I had to request to move rooms, not because the Hotel is noisy, but because I have a really heightend awareness to any noise and needed to be on a floor with no-one above me. Hasan sorted out a new room for me immediately and I was very happy with my new room. During our stay, Hasan and Bora, were so helpful with any requests we had. The bar staff are also friendly. On our departure date, I left a bag behind, which had some very personal and important things (not my passport thankfully). I didn't realise my bag was missing until we were nearly at the airport therefore, it was too late to return to collect it. I immediately got in touch with the Hotel and asked them to keep it safe until I could arrange for a courier to collect the bag. Unfortunately, the courier (Fedex) did not pick the bag up, which was highly frustrating as Hasan had gone beyond being just being helpful as he had weighed and measured the bag, which was a prerequisite of the Courier company. I decided to return to Turkey myself to collect my bag a week after returning home. I was directly in touch with Hasan who was an enormous help in booking a room for me and had kept my bag, with my precious belongings, safe. Not an ideal situation to have to pay for a second trip, in such a short space of time however, my second visit was just or even more wonderful than my first visit and this Hotel will now be my "go to" place when I visit Turkey. I recommend this Hotel highly and cannot commend the reception staff highly enough. Thank you Hasan and Bora for making, what could have been a nightmare for me, so easy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely, the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels were provided. There was a beautiful pool area and surroundings. The location was perfect and one of the guests staying at the hotel Laura was absolutely fantastic she was really knowledgeable about the hotel and recommended that we try the restaurant Montebello kitchen well it did not dissapoint the food was delicious thank you and hope to see you all next year.

Montebello deluxe hotel was lovely, the room was clean ,fresh bedding ,towels and cleaning was done daily , plenty of choice for breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful, Montebello kitchen food was delicious ,pool area beautiful..would definitely recommend

Just come back, our third visit. Love this hotel. Rooms lovely. Cleaners came everyday. Food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious. Great location. Lovely staff. Towels on sunbeds was a little issue but could always find somewhere to sit. Can't wait to be back next year!

Spent 9 nights here on a girls holiday. In block 2 on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Room very very clean and well maintained Lovely big walk in shower, 2 single beds and balcony. Fridge, safe and hairdryer in the room. Breakfast included but also ate quite a few times in the restaurant which was lovely. Held onto room till 4pm with an additional charge but well worth it. Hotel in lovely central safe location. Will definitely be back again .

Well lovely hotel but the British are so greedy for beds. No towels being removed. Big signs everywhere no towels before 8 but it was 7 when this started happening. Lovely hotel beautiful room great staff. Would recommend just a shame about the sun beds

If my 12th consecutive 3xweeks stay at the Montebello Delux Hotel is proof of total satisfaction then re-booking it again for 2025 confirms it. I've read some of the negative reviews of others who stayed during my 3x week period and can only assume that if they stayed at the Ritz or London's Dorchester they'd find reason to complain. My advice to the moaning-Minnies is that if you are pleasant to local staff, they will be pleasant and accommodating with you. That you have paid for your room doesn't give you the right to demand beck-and-call service. As for the constant complaining about beach-towels hogging sun-beds then whose fault is this? The staff? Nah. Its us Brits who abuse the hotel request and what's worse, those guests who reserve their poolside sun-beds in the early morning darkness ... then go 'off site' until mid-day or so demonstrating their selfishness. Food complaints? Only once, perhaps twice in my 12 years stays have I complained at the table about evening food ... and almost immediately my plate is removed and re-served without issue. This once about a T-Bone steak slightly overcooked to my 'rare' taste. New steak and new platter of side-veg delivered at their costs. Hard to think of a restaurant close to my city home with that kind of customer care. I hate to say it, but I suspect that if there was a Tripadvisor blog site for Montebello Delux staff to complain about some of their British 'guests' the site would go into overheat. No sachets of coffee in your room? Lazy Brits: just pop to the corner shop and buy a small jar of coffee and bag of sugar for yourself: £5 only. Milk? Ask the restaurant staff for a carton of the stuff and keep it in the fridge. Lasts at least a week and again, if you are courteous them, they'll happily return the favour. If you don't want to pay the extra 'room departure' time fee (pre-advertised), then don't be lazy. Get up, go for breakfast, return to your room, pack, hand your keys in and then, pre-departure use the excellent poolside private, clean, convenient shower-room adjacent to the stairs for changing into UK-clothing or whatever. And to those moaning about the steps from the poolside to reception (no lift etc) then again, don't be so bloody lazy. There's a perfectly good ramp running up from the pool area to the front of the hotel and reception ... used by wheelchair users and those with heavy-wheeled cases. This is not the old British Empire where you can demand colonial porters to do the donkey-work. Just lazy hotel visitors who don't think for themselves. The sun-tanned body in Turkey - brain left behind in UK. Delighted to join the majority of Tripadvisor folk who give the Montebello Delux Hotel a four or five star rating. To the others, there's always Clacton-on-Sea or Skegness for your types of 'British Standard' holidaying. Two years ago, I was compelled to complain about one of the staff who on death of the Queen (Sept 2022) made some very offensive

Room 3204 Montobello “deluxe” oludeniz Nothing deluxe about this hotel whatsoever, me and my mother got here looking forward to our week holiday for some much needed girly time, we got to our room and it was very very basic, nothing like the pictures we had seen, it was very dated. When we got to the room we noticed there was 1 towel to share between 2 of us and 1 cup for tea or coffee, had to ask numerous times for more towels as we showered everyday and didn’t want to reuse dirty towels. Our balcony looked onto another room, our lights in our room flickered every 2 minutes and in the end one lightbulb blew so we were without lights above our bed, There was 1 plug for the fridge and one plug beside the left side of the bed which was not ideal for us because if we needed to charge our phones we could only charge one of them at the time, which meant we couldn’t use any hair straightners or anything else we had brought with us The shower head was so dirty that the water hardly trickled through it; we did mention it to the receptionist 3 times and still nothing was done it was still filthy that we ended up trying to clean it ourselves. The floors in our room were filthy, our feet were black after walking around with no shoes or socks on after a shower IN OUR OWN ROOM. Receptionist aren’t very helpful, we had asked to change rooms on the night we got there night receptionist told us to speak to the morning staff but the morning staff said to speak to someone after 6pm regarding rooms and in the end we kept going round in circles so ended up staying in this awful room. There was a notice saying not to put towels on the sunbeds before 8am but by 7am the sunbeds are all gone, not ideal when we wanted a relaxing holiday and not sunbed wars, resulted in us going to another hotel for the day and using their facilities. Breakfast was dreaful, beans were hard and cold, scrambled eggs were cold, I had asked a member of staff for an omlette and was told it was too much work for them to do, ended up settling for a plate of melons.

В июле оставались в этом отеле. •Местоположение 10/10. Рядом Migros (фрукты, печеньки и т.д.), все можно купить там. Пляж 5 минут ходьбы. Главная улица тоже 5 мин ходьбы от отеля. Вечером прекрасно можно прогуляться. Рядом кафе/рестораны. Автобусная остановка тоже рядом. От нее можно быстро доехать до канатки (teleferik). •Сервис 7/10. Помогут донести багаж в номер. Дали номер с отличным видом на бассейн и на гору (без доплат). Уборка в номере нормальная. Воду только в первый день положили. Полотенец маловато. По 1 шт на человека. •Еда 6/10. У нас были завтраки. Все вкусно (берёк, яичница, симиты), но каждый день одно и тоже. Менялись только яйца - один день омлет, другой день яичница и так повторялось. Из фруктов арбузы, бананы, абрикосы. Каждое утро были грибы жареные, сосиски, картошка фри, фасоль в томате, беркут и булочки. Можно было бы 1 раз сделать и панкейки для разнообразия. Отель хороший. Гели и шампуни в ванной комнате тоже при заезде были. •Вечером или в обед в кафе всегда можно было остаться и заказать обед/ужин за свой счёт. Было вкусно. Вечером просмотр спорта и музыка. Тут нет аниматоров и т.д. Спокойный отель.

Ok, an honest mixed bag of review. Some good and some bad and its important to help others and hopefully incentivise change. When we arrived (approximately 2am) we felt that there wasn't much of a welcome and no information was provided on arrival. The following morning we had to ask for wifi, sat down for breakfast as we didn't know how it worked. We sat for approximately 20 minutes until another holiday maker explained we had to go and get our breakfast ourselves. I had an argument with reception as we requested another room access card and she wanted to charge us £20 GBP. I explained that I had paid for 2 people to stay at this hotel for 10 days and myself and my wife would both need access. The receptionist was adamant that she wasn't going to give us another card without payment. I explained I wanted to complain, I was told to come back at 5pm and speak to the next receptionist. When i returned at 5pm I saw a young man on reception who then gave me the second card with no issues. I cannot understand why the girl previously would not do the same. During our stay, room service/cleaning/replenishing was very poor. Towels were supposed to be changed every 3 days however, i had to chase the towels on the 4th day and didnt get them until the 7th day. Bedding wasn't changed at all during our stay of 10 days. I choose to get the spare duvet and found women's makeup over it, not clean. Plates and dirty cups not removed from rooms and people having to leave dirty cutlery etc in corridors. (pictured below) including an ashtray that was not emptied as part of room service from balcony and then customer having to empty it on the tray as no bins provided outside of the room. Coffee/Milk sachets were never replenished even after asking 3 times. It was only because I saw the store cupboard open in the stairwell one evening, i helped myself in order to replenish. During our stay, we heard many arguments with other holiday makers at reception including concerns over stolen property. The hotel explained that there were no sightings on the CCTV for the area concerned. However, as cameras were covering the area concerned the customer requested to see it themselves. They saw the culprit and managed to get their belongings back. One morning at breakfast, a customer had reported a spillage of water at the bottom of the stairs from where you get the buffet breakfast from. No one acted on the report until a young girl (20's) slipped and fell. Fortunately, she didn't have any injury apart from her pride. One member of staff laughed and then a sign was placed warning people that the floor is slippery. This fall could have been avoided and luckily it wasn't of someone elderly. In relation to people with mobility issues, please note there is no lifts in this property and even if you are on the ground floor, you still have to tackle a flight of stairs up and down to leave the hotel. Our rooma were clean, staff very friendly, room pool view, 5min walk to the beach, recommended hotel, close to bars and restaurant and activities, wide variety for the breakfast, furniture is new, pool is clean with sunbeds from 8 untill 7 .

Stayed at the Montebello Deluxe last year which is why we came back this year. Cute little place in a super location. Rooms bright and clean. Pool area nice although the loungers could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was basic but good. Fresh eggs everyday which are either fried, scrambled or Fresh omelette. Toast, cereal and fresh fruit. A la carte restaurant was very good with lots of choice. Booked to go back next year.
