"Hotelli on puhdas ja henkilöstö on suuri, mutta aamiainen oli kaukana runsaasti kuvat. Erittäin rajallinen ruokavalio. Tunnin kuluttua alkua jotkut ruoka oli mennyt hyväksi. Lisäksi kaikki pannukakkuja ja kakkuja maistui hieman kemiallisesti. Ei keittiötä tai mitään vastaavaa perushuoneessa. Huone oli tilava ja AC toimi kuten pitäisi kuitenkin. Hotelli on noin 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä tramvaihdosta (jos olisi lähempänä, mutta ei sivukävelyä pitkin iso kadu lähellä)."

"Huoneet ovat hyvät, vastaavat standardia 4-Stern. ikkuna on äänetön, ei kuulla enää mitään kaduista. yöllä voit nukkua hyvin. Aamiainen on rikas ja maukasta. Sijainti on suoraan pääasema, joten ei keskustaan. Junassa on paljon matkaa, ja se on hyvä valinta. Varhainen sisäänkäynti vaatii lisämaksua, mikä on vähän ärsyttävää, mutta Olomouc ei ole Lontoo/Milano/Prag. Yhden illan ja seuraavan aamun ei ollut lämmintä vettä teknisten vikaten vuoksi. Mikä minua hämmentää: varasin euron valuutassa, hotelli maksaa sen CZK:n valuutassa sen valuuttakurssin (epäsuotuisat minulle). Kun maksoin luottokortilla, tuli suurempi määrä (pankki ei itse vaati maksua), ja neuvottelujen jälkeen lisämäärä maksettiin takaisin. Olisi normaalia: välittäjäpalvelu vastaanottaa varauksen yhteydessä jo euromääräisen summan tai sivusto osoittaa CZK-hintaa, ja sitten maksaa CZK paikan päällä hotellissa."

"These apartments were easy to find with good parking outside whilst checking in. Secure parking after check-in. There was a voucher for a free drink at the restaurant next door which does great meals and drinks at reasonable prices and also had some bread, pate, pasta and sauces for sale. There’s also a couple of supermarkets nearby for self catering. The room was a good size, very clean, well equipped with good hot water and towels. The view from our room with balcony at the back was of houses and gardens which was quiet and relaxing. What wasn’t relaxing was not being able to find any tv program in any language other than Czech. We thought being an international hotel there might be something. Very frustrating! Rear carpark can get a little noisy if you have windows open overnight. Tram number four stops right near the hotel so getting into town was easy. Tickets available from the supermarket just down the road. TV viewing aside, a good stay."
