Très bel hôtel avec une décoration magnifique. De beaux jardins et un SPA ++ et Tout le Personnel à l'écoute. A recommander : cocktail sur mesure au bar, bon restaurant* la vinha avec un personnel charmant et souriant. très bon petit dejeuner et le brunch du dimanche midi un régal ! Merci à Rafaela et Alexandro pour le sublime massage aux pierres chaudes fait en duo pour mon mari et moi, le top! Nous reviendront bientôt et avec plaisir , renouveller ce superbe moment! C. ..... diese im Hotel nicht wirklich gefunden. Dass sich das Hotel nicht im Zentrum befindet war uns bewusst. Aber dass der Weg zum Hotel mit dem Taxi jedes Mal einem Abenteuer geglichen hat, war uns nicht bewusst. Die Fahrer von Zentrum haben das Hotel nur mit Mühe gefunden und der Weg dahin führt über enge Strassen, welche sich in einem ungepflegten Teil von Porto befinden. Auch der Transport vom Hotel in die Stadt ist oft mühsam, da es lange dauert bis ein Taxi den Weg in die Abgeschiedenheit findet. Auch das Hotelpersonal leistet hier leider nicht grosse Hilfe. Generell scheint das Personal unerfahren und unbeholfen. Auch haben wir durch Gespräche erfahren, dass wohl viele Angestellte neu im Hotel sind und oft von einiges einfacheren Hotels kommen. Die Freundlichkeit war vorhanden, aber nicht die erwartete Professionalität. Das Zimmer war schön mit dem Blick auf den Fluss. Auch die Zimmerreinigung war zuverlässig. Leider wurde die Harmonie durch die Musik von draussen gestört. Das Frühstück könnte man auf der Terrasse mit Blick zum Fluss geniessen, leider wurde die Ruhe durch Beschallung mit lauter und nicht harmonischer Musik dauernd beeinträchtigt. Die Qualität der Speisen war gut, der Service durchschnittlich. Die Innenarchitektur ist gelungen. Der Empfangsbereich aussen vom Hotel, kann hier leider nicht mithalten.

I booked the Vinha Boutique Hotel for a 2 night stay just after my Wedding as a pre-honeymoon stay and I must say it was the most amazing experience!! The hotel is stunning, not only location wise but also all their facilities: guest rooms, restaurantes, the pool, the spa, the restaurants, just WOW! From the arrival experience, the check in, the amazing, friendly and super professional staff, breakfast was delicious, IRD as well and our room was spectacular, every single detail at this wonderful hotel in both service and facilities has been really thought through and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Thank you so much to the entire Vinha Boutique Hotel team for making or stay so special and memorable!!❤️

Excellence from the first to the last. It’s one of these hotels that has such a smooth vibe you could well just spend your time enjoying the positives. Tastefully designed interior and serene exterior with a pool (which we swam in) nestled up against the river. Porto is of course a town full of character and great to wander around in, the hotel has a water taxi that can take you in, or we also walked in along the river into the city. The rooms were modern with a Nespresso machine and with a nice view, the hotel genuinely respected the boutique atmosphere. We enjoyed all the restaurants, the service was outstanding and friendly and the food in the gourmet restaurant classy and original. Staff were proactive in helping organizing. So highly recommend for a couples long weekend, well done.

Hotel muito bonito e muito bem situado beira rio. Todo o staff do hotel foi muito simpático e atencioso. Não podemos tomar o pequeno almoço mas o hotel providenciou 2 packs de pequeno almoço para podermos levar. Foi possível deixarmos o carro no hotel durante a nossa viagem no barco ao rio Douro.

The hotel and staff are wonderful and they provide world class services! Best part, is the view of the river and the beautiful landscape. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the environment is so relaxing and serene. Will definitely visit again. Thank you, staff!

Maravilhoso. Spa incrível, funcionários muito atenciosos. Só não dou 5* porque deveriam rever as condições dos carregadores veículos elétricos, pus o meu carro a carregar e fiquei com o carro cheio de formigas uma vez que o carregador está encostado a um muro no jardim. O pequeno almoço era delicioso, as tostas do menu são ótimas. Recomendo

Serviço espetacular! Trataram-nos muito cordialmente, sempre com atenção aos pormenores para que tudo fosse o mais cómodo e especial possível. Viemos cá passar a noite de núpcias e fizeram-nos um upgrade ao quarto o que, claro, gostámos muito!
