The location of this hotel was great. Fast food and restaurants are close. Same plaza has a grocery store and less than a half mile down the road is a Walmart. The customer service was good, not much interaction since I did everything on the app. This hotel does need to be maintained. There were multiple items broken or not working in the room. The arm on the chair was broken. Alarm clock didn't work. TV stand was broken. Water spot in front of the sink on the floor. The shower handle was backwards for the hot water. Turning it to hot make it luke warmish. If the handle goes past cold, it makes it hot. Pictures to come.

For being a hotel that really isn't all that old it is in need of a serious remodel. I would not stay here again and would've went to another hilton if they were any better in the area. They really weren't. We went and looked at 2 others the day after check in and wasn't impressed. This one has one elevator working only the whole stay, bathroom sink handle didn't work so stayed on burning hot the whole time, the floors looked like they were 30yr old carpet that had never been cleaned, our mattress was stained yellow, holes in the tub, wall, and other places, and maintenence walked right into our room without knocking at all. He apologized when I jumped up and yelled at him saying he didn't realize we were in there. I did contact hilton customer service online but never heard back and it's been a month. I also asked to have our room carpet cleaned so I could at least take my shoes off in room but was told they don't do that. I asked if there were any other mattresses in the hotel they could switch it with a was told no. The sheet was a bedskirt as well on both beds. It was just poor quality and not worth the price even though we didn't pay a huge amount. Save yourself the stress and stay at a different hotel chain here. Breakfast was same everyday and prepacked. They took waffle maker away after first night and looked like they kept putting out food from day before that didn't get eaten. Only positive thing was ac worked great.

Needs good attention to be nice hotel. Change cleaning crew. No detail to cleanness. Front desk was great. Fix tiles broke and wall cracks. Clean carpet, clean fridge, clean counter tops, make sure trash is taken out before new clients.

This hotel was very dirty. The room itself was filthy. There was visible dirt on the floor. The sheets on the fold-out bed were clearly dirty. And the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned as there were visible signs of the previous occupants. Just awful.

We reserved our 2 Queen Suite in March 2023 for our family of 5 on 9/29/2023. Around 8 am edt on 9/29/2023 received an email confirmation for our 9/29/2023 stay changing our reservation to a King Studio. I immediately contacted the hotel and explained we needed the 2 queen because there were 5 of us. To please change it back. I was told that it was changed back and that we were confirmed that room and late arrival as we had a 12 hour drive. When we arrived I was told we had a 2 queen by Vladimir. When we got up to our room we had a king. We returned to the front desk and he had to check to see if our “new” room was a 2 queen. He had to cancel our reservation and rebook us into the new room. He was having trouble rebooking and couldn’t make us keys so we had to leave someone in the room or have him bring us up to our room. We have a “late cancel” for the king (I’m assuming they are going to bill us and we will have to dispute that) and we may have now been double charged. It has been an absolute mess. We called Hilton customer service and they were no help and tried to say that is what we booked. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. Never again. Beware! I wish I had seen the newer reviews. It sounds like they have a double booking problem.

I was charged an additional 235 for my booking. I asked for a receipt for the charges. Due to the customer service representative not being properly trained the check-out process was not smooth. The manager could not print a receipt at checkout and failed to send me one to my email. The carpet was not clean and had a lot of stains. Also the tubs were rusted.

I booked a room and have stayed here before however after driving 4 hours the hotel cancelled my stay stating they were overbooked. It made me think of the Airlines so much for being a member of their rewards program. I recommend not taking a chance with this location. For a Hilton brand, I expected better customer service, like being greeted when you walk in instead of the front desk person staying on their phone. Carpet was very dirty and stained all throughout. There was barely anything to eat for breakfast and the few things they had were horrible.

The hotel was okay. It was a baseball tournament in town, and it was kids everywhere. Found some old clothes in one of the cabinets, which let me know it wasn't cleaned properly, kinda late finding it as I wonder if the bed was clean. The breakfast option was terrible. They had sandwiches already made. It was no massive amount of sausage patties or eggs I never seen anything like this, pre-made meals. The only thing that seemed safe was the grapes and orange juice.
