Великолепное расположение! Несмотря на то, что отель далеко не новый, вся территория, сады, пляж, бассейны идеально ухожены. В апартаментах, в которых мы провели 2 ночи, есть всё необходимое. Очень качественное постельное белье и новые полотенца, удобные кровати. Отель любезно предоставил нам два дополнительных часа после официального времени выезда. Немного расстроил обед в Corda cafe: никаких претензий к обслуживанию, но цены!!! На наш взгляд они очень сильно завышены с учетом выбора и качества предлагаемых блюд. Всё остальное - на отлично!

Hotel consistente e bom. Na frente da praia com uma enorme estrutura, talvez demasiado grande. É um 5 estrelas sem grande luxo, mas confortavel. O Staff este ano é despreparado, contratado à pressa. Não entendem de nada. As piscinas sao boas, o champanhe bar é o nosso favorito de há muitos anos. No geral a experiencia foi boa, como de costume.

Wonderfull resort for a family holiday This is a wonderful, large resort for a holiday with a small child. A fabulous heated indoor pool, and lots of things to do. Everything is in great condition, clean and safe. Housekeeping did a magnificent job on keeping our apartment tidy.

Cockroaches, baratas, cucarachas! Whatever you call them, they got them at this place. We booked a two week stay at this property in April. After a few day we found roaches in the kitchen. We asked to move but were told that that they would do a thorough cleaning and this would solve the problem. They said the resort is in nature and we might find the same problem if we moved to another unit. After another few days the roaches appeared again. We insisted on moving this time. Even though we were told the new unit was ready for us to move into, when we got there there was a maintenance man repairing a number of problems in the unit. He repaired a number of the electrical fixtures in the unit, but later we discovered that there were more electrical issues. We phoned and asked to have these issues addressed but no one ever came. The location is beautiful, including the beach and the swimming pools. The units themselves are well decorated. The kitchens in the residences are small and the sparely equipped. One thing that was problematic with both units was the fact that the supplied teflon frying pans were heavily scratched. The management should realize that these are unhealthy for guests to use. The seals on the windows in the first unit we rented had failed and the windows were all fogged up. It was also noisy, being close to the road. Overall, not the best experience.
