"Highly recommended Service: Top-notch service by the reception. Left our bags there as it was not time to check-in and by the time we came back to check-in, they were already in our room. Receptionist was really friendly and can converse in English. Location: Really strategic and was the right choice for us as it was the rainy season when we stayed. The hotel is directly connected to the JR Okayama station via a covered bridge and there is no need go under the rain (or sun) to get to our hotel. There is also a big AEON mall behind the hotel, a nice Don Quijote and Takashimaya department store across the street. The electric tramway stop is also just across the street and can get you to places like Okayama castle, Korakuen garden and food places at Omotecho shopping street. Room: Really spacious with enough room to even open 2-3 luggage bags side-by-side. Toilet is separate from bath (which I prefer) and bathtub was huge. Amenities: They provide free drinks (including few bottles of red and white wine) and great coffee/tea sachets. Bath salts, travel kits (skin care and bath) were provided as well. Price: May be on the higher side but understandable due to the points above. I would say it is reasonable. Wifi: The connectivity is just awful. It might be cause I was allocated the far corner/end room but it was really unstable and I had to use my own travel data most of the time. I find this is a really important point for the hotel to take note as overseas travellers usually have a very limited data allowance and would often need to rely on the hotel's wifi to surf the net (or do social media uploads/postings)"

Palvelu on erittäin hyvä kaikki henkilökunta ovat hyvin ystävällinen, tervetullut, ja aina tervehtiä vieraita todellinen hymy. Meille tarjottiin tervetullut juomat saapuessamme, mikä oli erittäin mukava kosketus, ja henkilöstö oli myös erittäin apukas kutsua ravintola meidän puolestamme auttaa tekemään varaus, jota me todella arvostettiin. Huone oli puhdas, mukava ja hyvin ylläpidetty, tarjoavat rentoa ympäristöä pitkän päivän jälkeen. Sijainti on myös erittäin kätevä, helppo pääsy lähiliikenteeseen, ravintoloita ja ostoksilla, joten se on suuri perusta tutkia kaupunki. "This hotel is surprisingly clean considering its cheap price and convenient location. However, the room is tiny but it’s normal in Japan so I was ok with it. It is located in the heart of the busy district so if you’re a party person, this hotel is perfect for you."
