O2 Beach Club & Spa All Inclusive by Ocean Hotels

Very nice smaller hotel without overcrowding. Good generally good. More international beer brands expected for the price point. Service generally good; minibar not restocked. Guidance on dinner bookings hot and miss (we were booked into a restaurant one evening that was closed!)

We had an amazing stay at the O2 Beach Club & Spa. It was the “Stay” element of our “Cruise & Stay” Honeymoon. We could not have picked a better hotel - from Check-In to Check-Out we were made to feel like royalty there.

The views were spectacular!! Loved how attentive and warm welcoming the staff were. Their attention to detail helped to make the experience one to remember and cannot wait to return to O2 in the future.

I booked a trip to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday- 4 days, $5,000 for an all inclusive seemed to be well worth it. After confirming our shuttle with the resort, we were not picked up at the airport and could not reach the hotel after multiple times calling - after over an hour of waiting we just tool a taxi then the one thing my mom wanted to do was to visit the Mt *** distillary on the other side of the island that takes about an hour to get to - we planned our entire day around it, we scheduled a shuttle with concierge- confirmed multiple times (after first transportation mishap) and once again, the driver dropped us off at the wrong location and onve again could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk, we missed the tour and when I asked to be reimbursed for the tour and cab ride we had to pay for, a simple $195 credit which I didnt think was too much to ask and they said sorry, no, you can use our sauna and have a late check out - thanks but no thanks . I travel a lot, this was not worth the money and unfortunately would not recommend. It also was impossible to find a beach chair or chair by the pool, people were ruthless getting up early and reserving chairs. Food was ok for what an all invlusive is. Really the best part was the staff (not management).

What a beautiful hotel, with genuinely friendly staff set on an idyllic beach service excellent service! The food was delicious, the bar staff was super friendly and always happy to serve whatever drinks requested with huge smiles on their faces. The vibe is chilled during the day and the evening entertainment was perfect for the hotel. Great size rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice little touch providing beach bags. White Company products throughout the hotel, again great touch of luxury. We absolutely loved our stay and would most definitely return in the near future ❤️

The beach at O2 was pretty unusable. Water was extremely rough and we were told it was like this all year. The pools were not very clean, there were turtles in them overnight and water was very cloudy. Not all staff were friendly and they were always short team members causing delays in housekeeping and room bar service. The bottle of rum they give you in the room is so small, you only get 3 - 4 shots of rum and you have to call the front desk for a refill. When they come to the room, they ask if the bottle was not topped up already. The restaurants on the other hand were quite good with variety of cuisine. If you want to go in the ocean, go somewhere else.

Highly recommend our driver Anthony from Ocean 2. Very punctual, took us everywhere we needed to go. We have used him on several visits to Barbados. Very reliable with a great sense of humour and a lovely welcoming manner

The experience at 02 Beach Club was amazing. The resort is in a great location and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment, drinks, and food. The resort staff assisted us with our local transport needs and excursions as well. 02 Beach Club was hands down, the best resort that I've been to so far. They made sure my birthday was extra special.

I am disappointed to have to write this review because there were aspects of our stay that we genuinely enjoyed. The oceanfront views were beautiful, the location was excellent, and the food throughout our stay was very good. Unfortunately, a series of room and maintenance issues significantly affected our overall experience. We booked the Luxury 1 Bedroom Oceanfront Suite for a medical trip and were looking for a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing stay. Our first room was extremely noisy, with loud sounds from the pool area and bar. The hotel accommodated our request for a room change the following day, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room also had problems. The bathroom leaked and repeatedly flooded the bathroom floor. Maintenance came to address it and improved the issue somewhat, but the rainfall shower still leaks whenever the handheld shower is turned on The night before my medical procedure, the air conditioning was barely working, making it very difficult to sleep. Even after my procedure the following day, I was unable to properly rest because the issue had not yet been resolved. While attempting to repair the AC later that evening, maintenance left our room in an unacceptable condition. We had stepped out while they were working on it. When we returned we were greeted with a used glove by the door and dust and debris from the ceiling covered the bathroom, vanity, makeup bag, and personal toiletries, which was very upsetting and unhygienic. We called the front desk to report it after the housekeeping line was ringing out, but after waiting over 30 minutes, no one came. We eventually had to insist that the manager come to the room herself, and when she did she personally cleaned the area, which we appreciated. To make matters worse, the ac was still barely working and another repair visit was required the following day making it very difficult to get adequate rest after my procedure. By that point, we felt that too much of our stay had been disrupted by ongoing room issues and maintenance visits. Instead of being able to relax, we spent a significant portion of our trip dealing with repairs and room-related concerns. The staff did make efforts to assist, and we appreciate those who tried to resolve the issues. However, the repeated maintenance, cleanliness, and service problems fell well below what we would expect from a luxury property and ultimately overshadowed what should have been a positive stay.
