"We stayed at the Beach point for 3 night room 420(i think). a beautiful appt. looking straight out over the beach and Bay of Plenty. The hosts where friendly and checkin a breeze as we were given a choice of 2 rooms a nice surprise,The beach was just across the rood and local cafes and resturants with walking distance. A short 6 min. drive into Whakatane for all the main grocery stores and facilities. The appt. was clean and extremely comfortable. Beautiful furnishings and well equipt kitchen, dinging room, lounge room, great bathroom and bedroom, washer, dryer. Large balcony with outdoor table and chairs and sun lounges. Just great would stay again if in Ohhope. Thank you Wendy"

"HÄVITTÄ ON Sinua!!! Fancy ottaa maksua 2 penthouse huoneistoja, tervehtiä kaikki perhe sitten muutaman tunnin myöhemmin, pimeässä, vaatii pään laskeminen ja kaikille kerrotaan, että he joutuivat lähtemään!!!! Kyllä he päätyivät 1 henkilö yli, tarjottiin maksamaan virheen, mutta he kieltäytyivät järjetöntä pukeutumisen ja itkemisen vuoksi. Ei huolestuneita siitä, että serkkumme nukkui autossa hänen lapsenlapsensa ja nuoren pojan!!! Jälkeinen huono käyttäytyminen näistä johtajista perheemme matkusti yli 300 kilometrejä ja maksaa $1800!!!! Olla paikallista Minä kannustan kaikkia, jotka tiedän boikotoida tätä roskakoristeistoa, ja me varmasti Emme käytä tätä majoitusta marraskuussa tai koskaan!!!!"

"Hyvin esitelty, puhdas huone. Sijainti oli yläkerrassa, mukava ja hiljainen, vain kaunis ääni meren. Ainoa ongelma oli lähes 12 dollarin lisämaksu. Mieheni ja minä jäämme hotelliin keskimäärin 4 kertaa vuodessa eri paikoissa kuten Auckland, Tauranga ja jopa Queenstown kesäkuussa ja koskaan maksanut mihinkään lähellä tätä määrää ja ihmettele, mitä me todella maksamme. Luulin, että se voisi olla maksua eftpos-koneesta, kun käytin GPay ja kysyin, olisiko se eroa, jos laitan pankkikorttini, jolle kerrottiin, ei se olisi eroa."
