Hotelnya bagus dan nyaman

Pintu nya pada pagi hari terkunci sendiri dan akses kartu tidak bisa dipakai. Susah minta bagian engineering tapi slow response.

Hotel nya nyaman bersih pelayanan ramah breakfast enak cuma memang masih ada kamar yg bermasalah seperti wastafel mampet, toilet nya dilantai 3 baru tapi menjijikan kuning2 sperti tidak pernah disikat hotel ini perlu vixal/porstek/harpic dan semacam nya krn sayang bgt interior hotel udah bagus tapi ga dirawat

Uncomfortable There is a blockage in the AC, before midnight water was poured down and wet the floor. I called reception and reported. Room key doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in. Has to go back downstairs again and get the key to go in. They moved us to the room with leaking tap. Water going down the wash basin every time we use. On our early staying someone knocked on the door at 6:45 am and said room services when I was praying. Received called from the guy in the restaurant who said waitress forgot the bill folder in our room when he delivered the meals. I told him you should leave until I get up and you has disturbed my son who is in his deep sleep. I has to rushed answer his called when I was praying I need to stop! Really disrespectful as he annoyed when you are on holidays. I’m not returning to this hotel and I’m not suggest anyone because far away to downtown.

The cleaness was very poor. The room had mosquitoes and hairs in the floor. The toilet was very dirty, the toilet bowl was very durty, the toals for bath was unclean and stained. The shampoo as opems seemed used previoulsy. I had to ask for an exchange of my bedsheets as woth was dirty.

Hôtel plus que médiocre, personnel incompétent, chambre avec porte fermant mal, frigo absent malgré de nombreuses demandes, couette sale indigne de quiconque se voulant hôtelier, serviettes de toilette tout aussi sales,vue de la fenêtre sur un mur en béton... Petit-déjeuner avec peu de choix et pas bon Et pour un prix plus que conséquent pour l'Indonésie Donc à éviter, si ce n'est pour sa proximité de l'aéroport et sa navette
