"This place has all the important stuff right. Location is perfect, right on the beach and the pretty town of Obzor just across the road. All areas of the hotel are kept very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The sofas in the lobby area need a good clean though. Food is excellent, we went all inclusive and for the price you really can’t knock it, there’s plenty of choice and it’s piping hot and tasty. Also the staff are lovely, polite and helpful. Entertainment is hit and miss, the professional entertainers are very good, the rest of it is amateurish. The hotel really needs two things, a relaxing bar lounge and a designated smoking area rather than just “anywhere outside”, sometimes you can’t get away from the stink of cigarette smoke. The end of our holiday was nearly spoiled by a badly behaved group of local schoolboys who had come for a football tournament, they ran riot around the hotel completely unsupervised. Eventually when enough guests complained they were brought to heel but the hotel should have rules around this kind of booking. Speaking of rules the hotel has many, things like not taking food away from the restaurants etc, but they don’t bother to enforce them! Overall we did have a lovely holiday though, it’s just a couple of niggles that need addressing."

"We got a nice spatious room with beautiful view over the sea. The food was tasty and there was variety of it during our whole stay. I don’t know why but the coffee in machines was always sweetened already and there was no option to choose a sugar free coffee. The staff is lovely and very helpful, we rented a car with them, all went smoothly and in a reasonable price. You can go out straight from the pool to the beach which is clean and nice, and it’s very convenient. It’s a pity the hotel doesn’t have its own au beds and umbrellas on the beach. I also must say I saw once a lifeguard by the pool who instead of watching the guests, was watching his phone… Although not everything was perfect, we are very happy with our stay!"

"Kaunis hotelli, poikkeuksellinen henkilöstö ja palvelut, hyvin puhdas ja hiljainen. Ihanteellinen paikka rentoutua ja nauttia itsesi luonnonrannalla, täynnä luonnonvaraa, pitkähiekkarantoja ja kiteistä puhtaita vesialueita. Huoneita on tilava ja kirkas, uima-allas ovat puhtaita ja kauniita."

"Really lovely hotel for our first family holiday. The rooms are cleaned daily amd the view from the balcony is unbelievable. Food is fresh, tasty and plenty of choice. Staff were lovely. We didn't make use of the evening entertainment (small baby) so can't comment on that. Lovely beach front walk although most places in the area still hadn't opened for the season. Pool are was lovely! Gorgeous sea views. The only negative is that the hotel isn't the most pram friendly but we managed to lift our strollerup and down all the steps. Bear that in mind if you use a pram or wheelchair. We really loved this hotel "
