Kleine Badezimmer ohne Lüftung und mit Schimmel an der mit Holz verkleideten Decke. Betten und Toiletten sind viel zu niedrig für ältere Reisende. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Hotel nur auf die Massenabfertigung von Reisegesellschaften eingerichtet. Wir hatten an 4 Abenden Abendessen dabei. An 3 Abenden gab es Nudeln. An einem Abend Tortellini, die am Rand noch knüppelhart bzw absolut trocken waren. Und an 2 Abenden, das ist wirklich nicht übertrieben, gab es eine gefüllte Maultasche mit Käsesosse. Am letzten Abend gab es einen gemischten Salat, der direkt aus dem Kühlschrank kam und wirklich eiskalt war.

Very poor experience, no coffee or tea,only at breakfast. Food was very basic, vegetarians and vegans struggled to get fed. Communication was poor.The rooms were very basic, no drink facilities, TV was rubbish. The church bells wake you at 6, if that doesn't wake you the trains will. The entertainment was a man and his guitar. We got excited when we saw other guests getting Black forest gateaux ,but we're given a tiny piece of sponge with a dribble of chocolate on it., even the kitchen staff were eating gateaux, all most humiliating. The only plus side was we laughed so much, it was like being in a carry on film.

Ho soggiornato per una notte in questo hotel che ho trovato molto pulito e ordinato , non di lusso ma piacevolmente nello stile del posto . Cena ottima con zuppa di zucca , stinco di maiale con patate e cavolo rosso , strudel con gelato alla vaniglia . Anche la colazione semplice ma con ottimi prodotti della zona . Personale ( tutte donne ) gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Tornerei volentieri 😃

Très beau hôtel, avec un service clientèle très bon également, soirée animée. L'endroit permet de visiter de beaux endroits, village historique, Colmar, Allemagne Freiburg e/Brisgau, parking gratuit, reposant, vue magnifique depuis la chambre, petit ruisseau

Hôtel bien entretenu et organisé. Chambre très propre avec bonne literie. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet et copieux. Repas du soir correct (entrée, choix entre 2 viandes, légumes frais, boon dessert). Personnel très serviable et poli. Le tout dans un village typique.

un hôtel très correct, j'avais une chambre individuelle, de bonne taille, personnel sympathique, dîner buffet pour le plat avec 2 choix de viande et plusieurs garnitures petit déjeuner charcuterie, confitures, fruits

comme lieu de séjour dans 1 voyage organisé par GENERALTOUR en forêt noire (4 jours du 25 au 29.07.22 ), hôtel isolé par rapport aux excursions , logé non pas dans le bâtiment nettement plus attrayant mais dans la 1ère grande annexe principale située en face avec 1 chambre basique sans air conditionné ou ventilateur ( 24 à 28 degrés ) 1 resto étant plus un réfectoire d'école ou d'usine, le petit-déjeuner et le souper qui étant sous forme de buffet étaient situés dans un exigu local avec 1 couloir très étroit pour y accéder et en sortir , étaient limités dans les choix alimentaires ( pour moi on mange mieux dans un " lunch garden" alors que je ne suis pas 1 client difficile ! à oublier au plus vite en tout cas pour moi ! PS 1 voyage de 40 personnes en groupe

We got a big room in the Stube Hotel across the road (is part of the Bärengroup. Room was clean and big and the bathroom was basic but all functioned well. We got one at the quiet part of the hotel with view on the mountains. The breakfast was good and the diner (we got half pension) was good for the price of this arrangement. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful.
