Ok good things first food ok staff nice As food in 2weeks had lamb neck once and berf heart once the res is chicken turkey or turkey chicken fish a la plancha No animatiln at all its so boring u can die the alcool its for fire ligth purposes only undrikable beer is cold no gas but drikable tuborg like swiming pool not clean water last check 08/2024 the water stinks nothing to do here and u have to pay for beach bar new rules please dont come here make yourself a favor

I booked four weeks away on an Easy Jet holiday First of all, flying into Antalya, the transfer time is long- typically 2.5 to 3 hours depending on the number of stops along the way to drop off or pick up. Once there, the hotel was good and I was given a room overlooking the pool area - all rooms have balconies either overlooking the pool or the street - this is a hotel away from the beach but only a five minute walk. This was a winter stay - and it was their first year of opening in the winter - but staff were lovely and helpful at every level - but few speak English well, but German and Russian are clearly used more often. On the negative side - there was no entertainment in the evenings - but that was Ok because I sat and chatted with other guests. The spa is excellent - with a range of offerings - sauna, steam room, Hammam and massages - all were terrific. There is a well-equipped Gym for those who want to keep fit The restaurant offered a big range of hot and cold foods three times a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner - with fresh-cooked food at a grill station and a pizza oven Beer and wine etc served from a bar in the restaurant plus two coffee/chocolate machines and a Turkish Tea station Only small complaint was that the deserts were typically cakes although there was plenty of fresh fruit - Plums, Apples, Pears, Bananas, sliced grapefruit and sliced oranges and tangerines too The patisserie served excellent cakes and biscuits all day too - and the bar was open from 10 am until midnight at 23;00 the restaurant served a choice of soup and lovely bread. Weaknesses? One weak was half term week so uncontrolled screaming kids charging around until late at night - whereas maybe having a 22;00 curfew for kids would have been good - also perhaps having an adults only eating area in the restaurant because not all parents care to control their kids and having them running up and down between the tables is not good I told two kids to stop running in case they banged into my table - and that only led to an argument with the mother who, up until then, had done nothing to stop them! Hotel management were on hand to speak to the woman and after that the kids didn't run round again But that is the price you pay for being in a family hotel where some parents are just not the best Finally, this hotel is cycle friendly and I think one of the owners is involved in the Turkish Cycling Association - and so there were lots of cyclists staying there and taking part in events.

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Die Möglichkeit zu saunieren sowie der Fitnessraum sind super. Leider gab es Wlan nur in der Lobby. Wenn man im Zimmer surfen wollte, muss man extra bezahlen.

We went to this hotel with very high expectations due to the great reviews on here The bad parts first We had no tv channels at all which we told the rep about he said he would get it sorted which he didn’t, our room lock was broken and we struggled to get in our room the maintenance guy had to change the lock then I accidentally wiped the key so it stopped working when I mentioned this at reception I was told off because I should have known. No entertainment at all. Then we were told it was summer only. The bar was occasionally late in opening. Our room had no heating The hotel staff seriously prefer cyclists as they were given extra rights being another entrance exit to hotel grounds. I tried using the other and was told off. Now the good The rooms were very clean and spacious as was the rest of the hotel. Most of the staff very helpful and friendly. The food was among the best I have had in all inclusive The drinks were very nice indeed. The free WiFi in the lobby was not too bad although very slow And the location was good.
