Hotel Hacienda arvostelua

Muy bonito el hotel, y por el precio me pareció excelente! Nos gustó que tenía estacionamiento y enfrente había un oxxo.

El servicio es excelente, muy amable todo el personal. Super limpio, bonito y bien ubicado. La piscina super bonita, la comida excelente, los precios razonables.

Our experience was dreadful. We arrived by flight and taxi in the late afternoon, only to be told that our "confirmed" booking had in fact been double booked and our junior apartment was occupied by someone else. We were offered a room in a shabby house nearby which we paid for one night since we didn't want to sleep on the street being a bit old for that sort of thing (I'm 75). We put our bags in the house and walked into town for a meal. We found a small hotel on the way and booked ourselves in. We went back to the spooky house and collected our bags, handed our keys back to Reception. We were not offered any refund. What a great start to our 6 day stay in Oaxaca, which is a lovely place otherwise!
