Be sure to keep fire extinguisher and/or water source nearby. • The elevator is intended for use only by individuals who are mobility-impaired, but it may also be used at the beginning and end of stay for any guests transporting luggage and other items that are too heavy to carry up and down the stairs. Operation of the elevator is restricted to adults over the age of 18. • Travel insurance is recommended to cover the cost of cancelling your stay after the cancellation period is over. If your stay is cancelled or interrupted due to local hurricane orders, there is no refund. Hurricane season is typically June to November, but the most active times are August through mid-October. • This home is perfect for 2-3 couples, 1 large family, or 2 small families.
