The living area has sectional seating, chairs, and large screen TV. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living area. It has a large center prep island/breakfast bar, and plenty of space for cooking. The dining area is just off the kitchen/living areas. There is a screened porch, with a couch and dining table, that is accessible through a door from the kitchen. The master bedroom, including an en suite private bath, and a bedroom with twin beds are also on the first floor, along with a private office and work area. Upstairs on the second floor, there is a large TV/family room with seating, large screen TV, desk, swivel chair and a sleeping alcove with a king-sized bed, plus a separate bedroom, and a shared bath. Both of the shared bathrooms have been re-tiled and updated. There's a porch with Adirondack chairs and benches for relaxation. The rear yard features a picnic table, gas grille and hammock and the side yard has Adirondack chairs. The Meadow View Farms Association tennis courts are just a short walk away from the house. There is a bike path is by the entryway to Meadow View, and Farm Neck Golf Club is nearby.
