"My husband and I only stayed one night. The check in process was quick and easy since we had prepaid through the app. They did need a credit card for a $100.00 deposit that we would get back after check out….. it’s still being held. Maybe tomorrow it will be back in my account. Our room was nice at first glance. Went to take a shower and there was an open bottle of curtesy shampoo in the tub and hair. Ugh. So much for that I just prayed my sheets were clean and we went to bed."

"When I checked in they charged me even though the room was paid for already. They need to clean the whole hotel because it was dirty!  I called the night before I checked out to ask for a late check out and I was told to call back in the morning. When I called the next morning I was told I could not have a late check out because house keeping was already on the floor. P.S. they have signs in the breakfast area stating that you can not take food back to the room."

"Requested to pay a $100 security deposit for a 1 night stay costing only $60. Ridiculous to ask for 140% deposit in my opinion, and still waiting for it to be returned. Remedied calling the hotel on numerous occasions with no success. Praying that they may read this review and get it sorted ASAP! Thanks"

"Kun tarkistin, he laskivat minut vaikka huone oli jo maksettu. He tarvitsevat puhdistaa koko hotelli, koska se oli likainen! Soitin yö ennen kuin tarkistin hakea myöhäistä tarkistusta ja minulle käskettiin soittaa takaisin aamulla. Kun soitin seuraavana aamuna kerrottiin, etten voinut tehdä myöhäistä tarkistusta, koska talonhoito oli jo lattialla. P.S. heillä on merkkejä aamiaisalueella, jossa todetaan, että et voi ottaa ruokaa takaisin huoneeseen."

"Ilmestyimme kello 16.00 tunnin kuluttua, kun 3:00-tunnin sisäänkirjautuminen alkoi ja jouduimme odottamaan yli puoli tuntia, jotta he saisivat huoneen valmiina. He eivät ole tarkistaneet edellistä asiakasta huoneensa, kun he lähtivät, mikä näyttää skitsky, koska on myöhäinen checkout maksu. Sänky oli peitetty keltaisiin väreihin, ja meidän piti saada uusi sänky. En ole koskaan täyttänyt heidän arvostelu, mutta sain sähköpostiviestin odottaessa huonetta kiittää minua 5 tähti arvostelu."

"The room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. Bathroom sink had cigarette burns in it. Bed was suppose to be a queen but was a full size. Bathroom sink stopper wouldn’t open to drain. Toilet seat was barely attached. Bath towel had a decent sized hole in it. No hand towels. I arrived after 10pm so I had to use a phone in the foyer that disconnected me twice before getting to a real person to come down from the second floor to let me into the lobby and check me in.   I have stayed at other Extended Stay Americas but I will not come back to this one."
