W15 Lake Gregory arvostelua

湖景房實際上並沒有窗，有一扇後門到花園 湖景其實不大，花園挺好的 最難以忍受的是噪音，旁邊有個酒吧會喧囂到半夜，根本無法入睡 服務人員都很盡心，滿分

環境很好，在一個小山頂，位置不是中心位置，差不多要打車到鎮中心。空氣絕佳，湖景可以看到很美的景色。酒店是管家服務。

一次非常愉快的住宿！沒有前台check in ，直接管家幫你辦理好帶入房間。房間用的鑰匙真的是木質🔑！就是熱水不太穩定，洗一會會冷下來。游泳池室內的，可惜晚上六點後就不開了

古老而優雅的高端小眾酒店

A very restful hotel, with lovely views over the lake, some great food too, and superb service from Shimal our butler. It’s close enough to walk to town, but far enough out to feel in the middle of nowhere! It gets cold at this altitude so you’ll need more than shorts and teeshirts!

We visited lake Gregory for high tea today. We were extremely impressed with the food surroundings and the service. Beautiful view and very courteous staff, including Raj and Shima. Say something I would highly recommend a visit to this place

Perhaps we’re unfair but we’d come from an owner-managed tea plantation house where we’d been treated as friends and encouraged to meet other guests with a welcome drinks session and we expected the same at W15. However, it all seemed rather impersonal.. any requests to staff, including ordering dinner, are done by WhatsApp. The room was comfortable and spacious with an excellent bathroom and a much needed heater! Dinner was fortunately on the terrace (room for two tables) as the dining room was rather cold and unwelcoming.

Fabulous hotel A lovely hotel and their food is fabulous.

Unfortunately we spent only 1 very pleasant day there. Colonial style hotel in a very good condition. Cozy rooms large and clean. Indoor swimming pool for those interested. Polite and very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Quiet place with beautiful view. Highly recommended.

A lovely stay with attentive staff who are dedicated to you having the best time possible. We received the warmest welcome from manager Raj and madusanka. We had a delicious Sri Lankan dinner served on the terrace with our butler (!) Shimal attending to our every need. A large, spacious and comfy room made for a well needed good night's sleep too - couldn't have asked for more.

Eccellente high tea su prato all'inglese con portico elegante e splendida vista sul laghetto e la città. Tea di qualità accompagnato da ottimi sandwich, marmellatine, mousse di burro e pasticerria raffinata. Servizio cortese e di prim'ordine (thanks Lakisanka and Raj). Raccomandatissimo!

We have had a wonderful 3 night stay at W15. It is a beautiful hotel set in a stunning location overlooking lake Gregory. The staff have provided excellent service and are incredibly attentive and caring. The rooms are all very elegantly decorated in keeping with the style of the property. The hotel is a short walk into Nuwara Elya which is a busy, bustling town and a quick tuktuk ride back!

Great hotel,Raj (the manager) went out of his way to book us golf at the last minute.The staff were very attentive,particularly Lakisanka.The food is exceptional,using local produce including some from the hotel garden.The mountain bikes provided by the hotel were great to explore the local area.

From the moment we arrived we were well looked after with warm towels and a welcome tea which was delicious. We then had a smooth check in and were able to order a late lunch, the food was excellent the best we have had in Sri Lanka, we were able to eat our lunch with a view over the lake and the gardens it is beautiful and peaceful, which was well needed after a busy travel through Sri Lanka so far. The rooms are well thought out and have everything we could need, there were sustainable products and everything was plastic free. There was a lovely tea and coffee station in the room which was adorable and also sustainable with glass jars for the tea. It was also delicious. We later had a lovely dinner in the dining room which was beautiful with a chandelier and a fire on which was so beautiful. The food was delicious and the service from Lakisanka was attentive, gentle and kind. The beds were very comfortable and a great size. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake again it was so so peaceful and lovely in the sun. We had juice, coffee and tea, fresh fruit platter, fresh bread and pastries with homemade jam (the rhubarb is amazing) and then got our main that we choose, we had French toast (best French toast we have ever had) and the superfood breakfast which was delicious too.
