This hotel was nice with a lovely room and friendly staff. If it was so rainy imagine the views would be amazing. However the room was really cold no heating and in the morning the shower was only just warm. The floors were all shiny tiles and as we had to take our shoes off at the entrance our feet were very cold. The food for dinner was nice but much more expensive than in town. Breakfast was really good

Very clean rooms and comfortable mattress. The wood decoration looke good and suitable for the cold weather in this city. The service was outstanding as we got our bags kept in the rooms and had a amazing lemon ginger tea pot. This is a local own hotel by a nice Sri Lankan couple who took care of us and other guests too. It's around 28 minutes walking to the centre or 5 minutes by Tuk Tuk which is not too bad. I would recommend this place for families, couples and quite individual who wants peace and love 💕. The price was very affordable comparing to the other hotels in the same area. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Single Tree Hotel arranged 2 trips for us, to The Bluefield tea factory (with Ramboda falls) and to Horton Plains. Both trips ran smoothly and our driver/guide, Ashanka, was a fantastic - knowledgeable, helpful, polite etc. The prices were also very reasonable considering it included transport and the services of a local guide.

Stayed the night here, the gentleman upon arrival treated us like royalty he was so caring and attentive, he made our time here great! Fantastic local breakfast great comfortable bed beautiful new and clean bathroom, highly recommend! Thankyou for your wonderful accommodation, great location short walk to local restaurants and bars also.

If you plan to visit Nuwara Elyia then single tree hotel, is a must. Such a peaceful & simple place, just a few yards from the city and lake Gregory .We stayed 3 nights at this location and made o lot of trips in the tea field,tea factory,Horton plains. They gave us a good knowledgeable guide. They gave exact information about the main attractions around Nuwaraeliya.The staff is very friendly, always willing to help with anything we needed during our stay,. The room was very clean and the breakfast excellent. Thank you for the beautiful days we spent here.

Even taking in consideration we were not sleeping in their hotel, they arranged for us a very good trip to Horton Planes National Park. They are very kind and the best in the area to manage this trips, Reasonable price and very good advices. We recommend them for your trip to Horton.

Very helpful and friendly personal. The room was overpriced for what it's worth. We paid 13500 rp. The window didn't close well, the light didn't work well. The bathroom was not clean : dirty walls and floor and the toilet seat needs to be changed. But nice hot water. When we had troubles with the internet, they immediately helped us out with an other network and the second time they even gave us our own router which worked perfectly. Breakfast was a lot and very good. They even let us taste of a Sri Lankan breakfast.

El hotel está genial. Cerca del pueblo. Estuvimos dos noches y todo espectacular. La cama súper cómoda, en la mejor que he dormido hasta ahora en Sri Lanka, las almohadas súper cómodas y con edredón. Además de eso, el hotel tiene agua caliente, algo súper importante con el tiempo de aquí. El desayuno riquísimo y mucha cantidad, noodles, dhal, tostadas, tortilla,... todo delicioso. El trato espectacular y el manager (Francis Franklin) ha sido una gran parte de ello, su trato y su tarea espectacular. Si volvemos a Sri Lanka volveremos a este hotel. Totalmente recomendado.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel Single tree en Nuwara Eluya ha sido excelente. Las camas muy cómodas, las sábanas suaves. Los desayunos buenísimos, variados y contundentes. Éramos 8 personas y todas hemos estado encantadas . El manager del hotel, Francis Franklin, estupendo en su tarea. Nos ha ayudado en todo y nos ha recomendado sitios. Fenomenal. Volveremos. La zona es preciosa y lo merece.Por eso le agradeceremos especialmente a Frank toda su atención ,simpatía y amabilidad.
