It was a pleasant stay. My kids enjoyed themselves in the swimming pool and the breakfast buffet. Will be back again next time.

Nice and clean will definitely come again.

超值，房子很大，還免費升級了三個房間的套房，值得一家人入住，就是周邊沒什麼吃的，適合自駕去樂高樂園的。

Overall just ok anda bit slumped, nothing much interesting about the hotel has compared with price paid and facilities provided.

This is the first time that I'm staying at Pintree. I love it. Everything there is good and I'll visit it next time!

Stayed here multiple times and still counting to visit and stay again. Just nice place to stay and location is pretty good and peaceful. Value for money, just that for breakfast we need to book next door (capri) for additional 55RM. Otherwise it’s a great place to put up.

因為酒店不可取消，從來買了取消險，結果漫長的折騰消費者，不斷的推三阻四，裝瘋賣傻就是不給你取消，所謂取消險純粹欺詐消費者，大家擦亮眼睛，訂房需謹慎

Pinetree has never disappoint us. The customer services are very friendly

Good size apartment. However the toilet cleanliness is questionable. Moldy shower floors and corners. Bad sewer stench coming out of both toilets / drains in toilets were unbearable. Saw a review about the smell back in January. Would have thought it would be rectified by March (2 whole months) Nope! Have stayed in this hotel a few times before and enjoyed our stays until this time round. Don’t think I’d be back.

Good room but room quiet smell.. the aircond is not in good condition. But great service fron front desk name by Nick. Great stay btw !!

My Guests were disappointed, again this is not a Hotel although advertised with Star ratings by Trip.com, used for Hotels. No Reception only tables with Agents, but luckily they are Malaysians, for security sake, when Guests have to show Passports, IDs, Debit cards or Credit cards. I reserved mediumfloor for my Guests but they pushed my Guests to high floor because some Korean guests want the medium floor Room. The Living Room Sofa was old and quite dirty (caused itchiness), and one of the Toilet was smelly. Had to call Agents to call cleaner to clean. Also Aircond not working properly, had to call Agents also. But other amenities abd views are ok. But no beach also.
