Zanzigo

My friend and I came for 3 days and 2 nights and it was great! We arrived around 9am which was way before the check in time and they accommodated us so well and gave of coffee and fruit while they set up our room early! The room was way better than what we ever expected. The AC was the first we’ve had in our whole month stay in Tanzania! The room was spacious, had patio seating private to the room, a great bathroom, and very nice decor! Breakfast was good and the staff was extremely kind and accommodating to any needs. The location is great and a 5 minute walk to the beach and a great restaurant called Maisha that we ate at almost every night. The area felt very safe too! Even at the end of our trip our flight was at 10pm and they let us leave our bags at the hotel while we spent our day at the beach, and even let us come back to change and wait until our taxi came! Overall a great stay for a great price, we were so glad to have gotten the chance to stay here!

Excellent !! Je recommande cet hôtel. Notre séjour a été parfait. Mounir et son équipe sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, bienveillants, à l’écoute, disponible et réactifs. Nous avons été tristes de les quitter. À l’hôtel zanzigo on se sent comme chez la famille. Les chambres sont très propres, bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est complet. La plage est à 2 pas. L’hôtel est en face du baraka aquarium. Il y a des restaurants non loin de la. Mounir trouve une solution à tous les problèmes. Il a une réponse pour toute question. N’hésitez surtout pas ! Mounir est bien plus qu’un hôte. Il sait rester discret tout en étant toujours disponible. Nous avons voyagé dans les 4 coins du monde et c’est la première fois que nous avons un hôte aussi admirable que lui ! Vraiment MERCI MERCI MERCI Mounir tu es rentré dans nos cœurs. Merci également à Anita et les autres membres de l’équipe toujours très gentils. On recommande ++++++++

Очень интересно было отдыхать в отеле Занзиго Отель видно новый и комната большая и кровать тоже Интернет хороший поэтому я смог смотреть разные видео все время без проблем. и напротив есть где можно плавать с черепахами и океан только 4 минут Пешком Поэтому место мне понравился и конечно поеду туда ещё раз

Tornerei domani al Zanzigo Hotel! Posto piccolo ma davvero accogliente, grazie a Mounir e le ragazze dello staff abbiamo passato un soggiorno davvero piacevole, ti fanno sentire come a casa. Stanze molto carine dotate dell’essenziale. Per qualsiasi domanda/dubbio o richiesta sono sempre pronti ad aiutarti. Unico appunto varierei un po’ il menù della colazione. Lo consiglio!

partiamo dalle cose positive. la stanza era accogliente e spaziosa ed i letti comodi. tutto qui. ora le negative : la posizione è lontana dai ristoranti. in camera l'acqua scendeva piano piano, non era quasi possibile fare la doccia né lavarsi le mani. nonostante lo abbia segnalato non è cambiato nulla. la potenza delle luci della camera di sera era bassa. la colazione (compresa) era scarsa e sempre uguale. abbiamo chiesto il latte da aggiungere al caffè ed, a parte il primo giorno che è stato portato, ci è stato detto che non era previsto nel menù😳. l'ultimo giorno siamo andati a comprarlo direttamente ed il proprietario non ha detto nulla, nonostante ci abbia visto entrare e posizionare la confezione sul tavolo. la ragazza che gestisce la location sembra senza voglia. la porta verso l'esterno è sempre aperta tutta la notte senza nessuna guardia di sicurezza. non lo consiglio per niente .

Beautiful hotel where you can feel right at home, staff is very nice and helpful, Mounir is an extremely available manager who solved immediately every situation we had. The structure is still being improved which means over time it will only get better.
