我吃早餐時，問酒店老闆可否十二點多退房，他説可以。十二點二十分回來後，他們酒店倆兄弟加長輩三人説超過時間，不讓我走，要多交半天房費。我説本人是攜程金鑽用户，長時間用攜程定房，和酒店商量經同意點退房都可以。因出租在酒店門口等送我去機場，不得不多給半天房費才讓脱身，被搶了一樣。怪不得酒店沒有客人，我説會寫評論的，他們講沒有問題，寫吧！

很精緻的小民宿，前台小哥很熱情。位置在半山腰上可以免費停車，如果租車自駕的話是不錯的選擇。

店主人非常好，房間乾淨整潔，一個大露台。停車很方便。在市區周圍開車不到十分鐘，很安靜。有個美好的夜晚。

Vila Harmony in Sarajevo is an excellent hotel. The location is up on the side of a hill and outside of the main tourist area of the city. You can easily walk in to see the sights or take the tram. There are some excellent dining locations nearby as well.

Clean place, need walk to center about 25-30 mins, would be great if you can leave there iron (what about if someone has business meeting and it is important), also mattress would be better.

Güzel seçim Mr.Benjamin ve gece müdürü girisimizden cikisimiza kadar çok nazik ve yardımsever davrandılar, kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Konum güzel, şehir gürültüsünden uzak , konforlu , temiz bir butik otel.. tavsiye olunur

Great location close to old town with parking . The hotel met its expectation as described. It had car parking . The people at the hotel were very helpful in guiding you from hotel to old town. They would always call the cab . Breakfast was excellent .

Great place to stay in Sarajevo Very lovely hotel/pension. It's a family-owned business and they are just lovely. Super helpful, great English, problem-solvers. Breakfast is simple but very nice. Bed, shower, etc, comfy and clean. Wifi works well. Really recommend.

I loved everything about this place! The hotel is extremely clean, the owners are so friendly, the breakfast was great, and I had a parking place for my motorcycle! It is also very close to the city center, and you have good wifi, looks just like in the pictures. I will be back, for sure.
