房間沒有窗簾，路邊路燈很亮，窗外車流聲音又大，一點都睡不好。房間格局很壓抑，睡覺很難受。差評！前台服務員態度也不好，黑着一張臉。來歐洲半個月，入住體驗最差的一次！再也不會選擇這個酒店！

房間圖片是p過的。斜頂很低，住的很壓抑。靠牆根本沒法站人。要求取消訂單。服務員不同意，説你可以取消，但是我不會退錢。有點**邏輯。 蚊子很多，還有各種小爬蟲。不得不升級房間，攜程差價是50塊錢，現場要求我補250塊人民幣。依稀聞到搶錢的味道。服務員説房間裏面不能吃東西。但裏面又有花生，朱古力，汽水，啤酒，紅酒賣，自己給自己打臉。喝了一小瓶紅酒，酒店標價是420塞爾維亞幣。前台收了490塞爾維亞幣。

離市區一點距離，但開車15分鐘就能到。有一個可愛的游泳池，就在多瑙河邊上，還能泡桑拿。早餐也不錯，有水果，牛奶等。很滿意

Sehr empfehlenswert, immer wieder gerne! Es war alles wie beschrieben. Das Personal vom Check-In bis hin zum Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage sowie der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer über die Donau war perfekt. Bei meinen nächsten Besuch in Novi Sad werde ich bestimmt wieder im Panorama Aqualux übernachten. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team!

We had a lovely stay in this Hotel. We chose the best room in the hotel with a jacuzzi on the balcony. The room was decorated nicely with rose petals and candles upon arrival too. The stunning view of the Danube ( Dunav) was great. The hotel deals are very good so go on the website to see what they offer. We got breakfast, dinner, wine, waffles and a massage included. The breakfast was very good. I'd also recommend using the jacuzzi in the garden that was huge and gave great views. Our special thanks goes to the lovely Sladjana at the reception, who was very helpful and she made us feel very welcomed.

A quiet well maintained property not too far out of the city. You need transport to go to restaurants but there is free parking at the property if you have your own car. Our garden view room was clean and spacious. The bedding was comfortable including the memory foam pillows. Such a change, we have encountered many horrendous pillows in our travels. We stayed in room 7, with a garden view on the ground floor. You should consider that the room above is a family room, and it was noisy on the nights that children were staying there. The breakfast spread was good and varied.

Pros: Staff was nice. Cons: There are many. We booked it for 3 nights but we’ve not got the same room what was shown in pics while booking. It was FALSE ADVERTISING. The room was in the attic and had very low ceiling and it was tough to live there with a toddler. We requested to cancel the last night but it was refused by the owner. There were lot of bugs and spiders in the room. AC wasn’t working properly and making a lot of noise. They asked for special requests like veg food etc but sadly no veg options in breakfast. I wonder why do they even ask if they don’t act on such requests. Overall it was REALLY DISAPPOINTING and not worth the money at all.

We have given you the option to cancell the last night with the option to give you half of the money back and you have decied to stay. The room in question is also the garden view room and we have it shown among the pictures of the room. We have a choice of cheeses, salads and grilled vegetables for the breakfast. At the check in we alwas tell our guests to tell us if they have some special requests regarding the food. You haven't told us anything about it.

Our first holiday in Serbia, Novi Sad and we found the most beautiful and amazing Hotel we could imagine! Room perfect as it can be perfect, with jaccuzzi inside and stunning view at the Danube ( Dunav), all we have wanted we got from the wonderful staff at this amazing place! They went a mile extra for Us, especially the way they have decorated our room on the night we have arrived, could not imagine it would be that perfect! Our special thanks goes to wonderful Sladjana at the reception, extremely nice and helpful and she made our stay feel even more welcoming and better, very professional and friendly with a touch for the guests! Thank you once again dear Sladjana! As for others they were wonderful and to all of them we say thank you! We will deffo come back and celebrate our anniversary in this wonderful place! Till the next time...All the best from Annie and Alex!
