Not only is this in a bustling busy street next to two bus stops that have cars revving their engines super loud every 5 mins or more, thus we hardly got any restful sleep during our stay, thus we found the hotel and service here to be subpar. Shower had very low water pressure and there were stains all over the carpet. Just overall feels dirty here. We had to keep going downstairs to reactivate our room cards since they stopped working, several times.. I’m not sure if they aren’t used to a longer stay but they didn’t share why this kept happening so this was definitely inconvenient.. We borrowed an iron and the next day some cleaning staff rudely woke us up at 7:30 AM on a Saturday, to ask for it back when they had other irons in the hotel… Not the best hotel, it is in a nice central location but we did not feel comfortable here and stayed here for almost a week.

Good for the budget trip, but leave some crumps of disappointment. No water upon arrival, kinda poor breakfast selection and slow refilling. Reception and restaurant staff was really friendly and helpful.

Great bedroom , excellent location, good food and nice rooms. Thanks for the best weekend. Me and my friends are more then satisfied with the service in hotel. Everyday they change our towels and reception staff were more then polite to us. 💃🌟❤️

Giving this hotel a one star is generous! This is possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! First day our shower leaked and turned the bathroom into a swamp. The "manager" arrived and asked another staff member to bring a mop and bucket. We explained that we are here for 5 days and will need a shower. When push came to shove she agreed to move us the next day. I took a siesta during the afternoon as my friends and I were going out for drinks. During my siesta I heard someone in the living room. After calling my friends name a few times and hearing no answer I went to investigate. Wow! There's a male staff member in my room! He let himself in and when I confronted him told me he was sent to check the mini bar?????? (The same mini bar he had already checked that morning) The only good thing on the breakfast buffet was the juice. The food would turn you off eating for a lifetime. In my option, the issue with this hotel is the management. Not once did we receive an apology for 1) a flooded bathroom, 2) the inconvenience of having to move room (which we more or less begged for) and 3) a male staff being in my room while I was sleeping. After check out they then had the audacity to charge us on our card for drinks "we consumed" at the mini bar. 2 drinks were charged down and not one drink was touched. Stay away! Tourist trap! Rude management!

Кухня ужасная, всё холодное. Грязно в номере призаезде было! Очень шумно, просил не тогать номер, не заходить и что.... Запах в номере непонятно от чего, не комильфо! Нет беджика НЕ БЕСПОКОИТЬ! Заходят в номер, когда ты там,,,,

Very good hotel with very kind staff. Perfect location, good breakfast. Nearby all the shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Kind manager can help with all your questions and requests even with late check out and early check in. I has very happy to stay 17 nights at that hotel. Russian speaking staff as well with very good behavior. Thank you everyone who help me and serve me at the hotel. 5*s

Apart from location, which we found convenient because of the parking on the property, this hotel is way below average. We had not seen the reviews before as we booked through another site, but the photos of the dirt must have been from our same room. Goes to show how long this hotel hasn’t been cleaned properly. On the 2nd day we returned to our room yearning for a shower but the room hadn’t been made and towels were not replaced. Safe broken and no one came to replace or fix it for the diary of our 3-day stay. The breakfast is very poor and the service in the restaurant during b’fast is terrible. Clearly no idea how to greet a guest with a smile and a good morning. I politely asked for the bread to be toasted or grilled and he instantly dismissed me. I insisted and he rudely took the bread into the kitchen, only to return in 10 seconds flat with the same slices of stale bread. Will never return!

Peggiore hotel del 2022... speriamo di non vedere peggio altrimenti siam messi male. Check in con una ragazza che non ne aveva mezza di lavorare, sembrava messa li forzatamente. Camera apparentemente pulita ma impossibile fare doccia perché non si poteva appendere cornetta doccia al muro. insonorizzazione assente; se piove si sente la grondaia che sgocciola. Ora arriva il peggio: COLAZIONE. Dovrebbe essere alle 7.00 ma aprono sala alle 7.05. alla spicciolata arriva il buffet che è pronto alle 7.20; caffè arriva alle 7.26.... e che caffè...... una grande caraffa da condividere con gli altri commensali. Pane in sacchetto, schifoso e freddo. Marmellata monouso di pessima qualità. Check out: sbagliano il nome sulla fattura e non c'è modo di riparare il danno....andrò a casa con una fattura NON mia..... Pessimo servizio, pessimo hotel. Mai più
