Albergo in posizione centrale 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Novara. Ottima accoglienza. Camere comode, pulite e soprattutto ben riscaldate. Presenza di sky tv. Ottima colazione con torte preparate dai proprietari. Esperienza da rifare

Albergo datato ma molto ben tenuto e funzionale, camere molto ben pulite, colazione ricca ed abbondante ma sopratutto gestito da Persone per le quali il garbo e la gentilezza risultano naturali e fanno sentire i clienti come graditi ospiti. Il tutto a prezzi più che onesti .

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks while working at Leonardo Cameri. I found the hotel to be clean and well presented, the breakfast that was offered was fresh with a good variety of food to choose from. The hotel offered a laundry service, which was excellent. The hotel is close to the centre of Novarra so is ideal for walking to many of the cities bars and resturants.

Very old, staff is not friendly or helpful. You need to leave your room key every time you leave the hotel and wait for someone to be available to give your room key every time you come back making it really frustrating. If you come back to the hotel in their lunch hours, they lock the door into the hotel and you need to wait outside the hotel!!! Not acceptable. They couldn't even help me getting ice, or a taxi. Terrible customer service. Good location They do not clean your rooms, they just do your bed. Not very clean

C'est la première fois que nous logeons dans cet hôtel bien que nous nous rendions chaque année (depuis une trentaine d'années) à Novara. Nous avons apprécié sa situation, sa déco vintage et l'amabilité de son personnel. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de garage. Seules 3 places sont disponibles devant l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas gargantuesque mais suffit à se sustenter. Tout est propre et bien géré. Nous sommes repartis contents !

I have had extended stays at the Hotel Europa on multiple occasions. The hotel is convenient to both the train station and the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet excellent and each and every one of the staff warm and friendly. All the staff speak English making communication a breeze. Novara is off the beaten track for most Americans visiting Italy. In my experience it has been a delightful city to visit with the Hotel Europa being a great home base for exploring the city and especially its people. I look forward to my return.

Hotel tradizionale in posizione molto centrale. Gestione familiare molto curata, condotta con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Camere arredate in modo elegante e confortevole. Colazione eccellente con dolci fatti in casa, frutta fresca abbondante e altri prodotti di qualità.

Altamente raccomandato. Posizione privilegiata, vicino al centro città, hotel con arredi eleganti, servizi di alto livello e clientela selezionata. Alla reception sono stati veloci, gentili e disponibili. Stanze molto pulite e luminose con biancheria impeccabile. La punta di diamante é stata la colazione : dolce e salato con ricercatezza di materie prime.
