My second time staying with the team. Very nice experience despite during my stay, the lift always not working.

The smell wasn't very pleasant inside the room on ground floor and the shower temperature wasn't consistent. But the staff is very friendly and helpful and changed another room for us. After checking out, we were still allowed to park our car there and walked around.

NICE HOTEL LARGE STUDIO ROOM, GOOD OCATION, NICE STAFF SERVICE, AND EASY TO CHECK IN. ONLY MINUS IS THERES NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER PROVIDED.

Great place to stay in Nottingham - the staff is really good, and it is conveniently located near the downtown, so close to public transport and Albert Hall/Nottingham Playhouse (if that is of interest - tons of good pubs nearby if your interests differ). The availability of laundry facilities is a real plus.

Room was very clean and bigger than expected with LED light on top of the bed for a nice ambiance. Really nice bathroom and mini kitchen space. Good 24hr service was very helpful, would definitely recommend.

With free self service laundry and free breakfast. WiFi down for two days however. Location is convenient. Quiet environment. Close to city Center.
